              9/15/21purchased a truck from uj Chevrolet & price give in via texted & pics showed 51k after rebates the truck should be XXXXX we put 18k down on this truck & now we still owe 61k math doesn't add up was way over charged when going to ask to speak to owner or someone above salesman I was told to either leave or he was calling cops on me at this point nothing was said or done for him to threaten me with cops I just wanted to speak to owner I have called multiple times left messages for ****** ******** which is owner of Chevrolet *********** is person who is threatening cops& has told me I signed the contract I couldn't speak to anyone else the other salesman ***** south & brain is the ones who has told my husband this truck would be 49k after rebates.we gave 18k down payment to *****&brain so 49 minus18 = 31k should be owed plus taxes& interest I understand but 61k plus still owed isn't right please helpus god bless !

              Ladies especially single women with kids who may get in a bind and need a car, please be cautious and areful don't let the salesman(*****************) get over on you. I wasn't given a carfax report unaware that the car had been involved in an accident. I bought a 2019 Chevrolet Equinox May 30th and I noticed noise coming from back passenger side.I took the car back on Friday to the service department and they claim it was fixed. The car started making the noise again. So I took back on Friday June 7 and they offered to fixed tje same problem again. I was upset and frustrated and requested my down payment back and they refused. I was told I only had 24 hours to return the car. I spoke to the sales manager and he stated he knew nothing about the situation. I am beyond upset with the lack of professionalism at UJ Chevrolet. I reached out to cooperate regarding my mistreatment from the staff at UJ Chevrolet and I am waiting to hear something from the dealership.
