DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SHYSTERS. TERRIBLE PEOPLE and you will regret it. We met w owner *********************** on 10/18/22. Seems nice but is only interested in separating you from your money. We ordered new granite and cabinets for 2 baths n a kitchen. We told him we were leaving end of Oct, back 12/28/22. He said everything would be done before we came back. No problem we were told. It was a HUGE problem. The cabinet installers are complete incompetents, installing all upper cabinets upside down. They had to be ripped out and new ones installed. They caused a water leak from disconnecting ice water line. Left it dripping 6 days. We had to call plumber and mold remediation co. Its now beginning of January and we have no where to live. Make plans to stay at a condo nearby. $5000 out of pocket cuz it took forever for new cabinets to come. Cabinets get installed but missing glass and handles. Takes 6 weeks to get those. We had to straighten out and fix the granite install as they didnt know what they were doing either. Get the final bill and these a$$holes give us a discount of our $5000 out of pocket expenses and CALLED IT A DISCOUNT! How dumb do they think people are?? I hate my new kitchen and baths. Makes me sick to look at them and realize I paid to get screwed this badly. Dont do business w this company. There are plenty of other mediocre companies you can choose.

There were issues with this project beginning with their cabinets being back ordered from the supplier they selected. This result caused a delay in meeting this customers request to have the job completed by their deadline. As with any construction in a home there can be delays and mistakes made.  We did not shy away from this project.

When the customer returned and found the ******************** were not to their satisfaction we immediately ordered new cabinets for the project.  We paid the plumber invoice and reimbursed the customer for the out of pocket expense. Since there was an outstanding balance on their two tickets, we deducted this amount from their balance.

As we do with all of our customers we do not walk away from projects. We stay with the project until it is 100% complete.  We serviced this customer with everything requested. Their selection of cabinets and countertops is absolutely gorgeous.   We feel this complaint is unfair and unnecessary..
