    I purchased a car from Quality Automotive for $4500 down. I had the car in my possession for 2 days and the car runs hot I contact the business and they come pick up the car and say its the radiator and says they fixed it, I get the car back and the issue remains. Which caused me to have a wreck because the car shuts off once it runs hot. They came and got the car to fix it because now they are stating it needs a new motor. They have had mu car for 4 weeks with no word from the company

    This Customer ********************************* Purchased a vehicle from us on 02-27-23. The vehicle was sold AS IS No Warranty After a few days of having the vehicle the customer complained about the car running hot we told ******************* not to drive the vehicle and we had it towed in and replaced the radiator because it was leaking. The customer picked up the vehicle and a day or so later called in stating she had been in a car accident. We require full coverage insurance and the customer had insurance so we took the car to Calliber collision to get a quote on repairs and then she cancelled her payment on insurance so ********************* stopped all work on the vehicle. On 03-22-23 we received a Letter stating the customer disputed her credit card down payment transaction in the amount of $4500.00 which is Non-Refundable! She is also 16 days late on her 1st payment so she is in Repo status which is why she is trying to get money back! We have all the paperwork if you guys need anything let my Manager know ******************* at ************ or by email  Thanks so much! Sorry for the late response I didn't see the email!
