Somehow this company, houdwdataonline.com, acquired my debt card number and decided to give themselves $28.95 on June and July of this year. I have no idea who these people are and while looking them up it goes nowhere. My bank has cancelled my card so these thieves can't get anymore. Hopefully you can connect with them and have my money returned, but they will not get any bank or card info. A certified check will suffice.Business response

******************~ Your account created on 1/6/2024 was cancelled and closed on 2/7/2024. The refund was unable to be electronically processed so a manual check was sent on 2/22/2024, to your mailing address listed. As your complaint stated that you have not been refunded, we issued another manual check on 4/22/2024 to the same address listed. (***********************************************************).

I am rejecting this response because: I have never rec'd a REFUND from this business, *************************, ***********************, *********************, have been saying via numerous emails from Feb 22nd that a refund has been sent. Alot of excuses from these guys, its NOT that hard. Show me a copy of the check sent, I find it hard to believe that ***** sent a check Twice to the address listed, and yet I have never rec'd it... So NO, they have NOT mailed me a check and if that was the case, this complaint would not be necessary!

Fraudulent company. Unauthorized 15 charges at $23.95 each for a total of $359.25. Manager unwilling to refund full amount. Unauthorized Fraudulent Monthly Charges - Immediate Action Required Dear 365 Consulting Company I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of utmost urgency and concern regarding unauthorized charges that have been deducted from my account by your company. I have recently discovered that my account has been debited $28.95 on a monthly basis, and upon thorough investigation, it has come to my attention that these charges are associated with a subscription for which I never provided consent. I have never agreed to any monthly subscription or purchased any services from 365 Consulting Company. The unauthorized deductions from my account are not only a violation of my trust as a consumer but also raise serious concerns about the legitimacy and ethical practices of your company. Here are the details of the unauthorized charges: Amount: $23.95 per month for November, 2023. December and January 2024.I demand an immediate and thorough investigation into this matter to determine how my account has been charged without my consent. On November 17, 2023 I purchased what was advertised as $1 report, but I have now gotten charged $9.95. No email confirmation was ever even sent, I wouldn't have even realized this if I hadn't immediately checked my credit card statement. I don't know if this is going to be a recurring charge because I can't get in touch with anyone. I sent an email to the address listed on their site and have gotten a failure message. I was trying to get my wife’s divorce decree from the ************ county court. The website looked legit smote and said they had to charge a dollar. My bank list of debits shows I was charged 23 dollars and change. There is no phone #listed and no address. Totally bogus. Can you help? I want to make sure this is not a recurring charge. I am receiving charges from publichomecheck om my credit card for $18.95 a month. i have checked my reports and I have been billed monthly since December 6. I have never agreed to a monthly bill from this company. This has cost me $151.60. Furthermore, I have researched this company and have seen that they advertize a one time $1.00 fee and all of a sudden they have a monthly fee bait and switch tactic. In addition, I have spoke to Vanessa on text and Felicia over the phone and they wanted my personal info. However, I did not give it to them because they work for a call center that works for over 400 companies. I do not feel comfortable giving them my information to a unknown third party call center that works for a company that bills people unlawfully. I want a cancellation of any accounts that were made in my name, and a full refund of $151.60.Business response

After looking for information on my then current house, I signed up for a ** "paid only once" fee through 365 Consulting LLC. They proceeded to take $***** out of my account AND the original single dollar. They then charged my account every month for over a year for the mysterious $***** fee. They only then tell you that they can refund "3 months" worth of money. They need to refund Every dollar they took from me and make their information services crystal clear on what they charge for services.Business response
