              Personal injury negligence billing In 2018, *****************************, graduate of University of Alabama ****** of ********** assisted with my dental needs along with the beginning process of creating a new smile. My teeth were set with temporary crowns and to be scheduled for permanent crown work. Instead of receiving the crown work as agreed, I received a bill for $25,000.00 of work completed. The bill has since gone into collections causing negative credit issues and preventing a Care Credit Card to resolve the issues. The same dental issues are in need of repair as we speak, leaving me without the ability to eat properly and smile. *******************************

              I received a partial scholarship when I applied to the university. I decided to commit to the university. I paid all the fees, housing, orientation over $300. 2 days after orientation they released our financial aid packages. My scholarship was not there. I called multiple times they were all ignored. I emailed financial aid, admissions who redirected me to someone else. No response. I Was supposed to transfer in the fall and they ruined my college experience. I have gotten absolutely no answer for where my scholarship went. I went to withdraw and the very next day they accepted it. I cannot believe how unprofessional this institution is. Its completely ruined my college education.
