5 starsHave used Dixie on multiple occasions for plumbing electrical and HVAC work in an older home. Every interaction has been professional, courteous, and personable. All informative and patient with customer questions.Once when minor mistake made on older breaker box, Dixie resolved all resulting minor issues at companys expense. Response time and availability are excellent.Any service fees or labor costs that may be slightly higher than other local shops, are absolutely worth it.Review fromMildred D

The Dixie Electric technician arrived on time to our house & after some investigation found the issue preventing our outdoor light fixtures from functioning. He repaired it on the spot. He cleaned up the work area afterwards where some debris had fallen during the work. We appreciate the great customer service & excellent professional service provided.

Had an issue with my kitchen sink not draining so I called Dixie (on a Saturday!) since I have the care plan and they sent ****** ***** out and he augered the outside drain and got everything working in about 45 minutes. He was very professional and proficient. Pleasant demeanor and conscientious. Ive always had great service with Dixie and would highly recommend them for their services.Dixie Electric, Plumbing & Air

****** ******* treated me like family. He repaired a break in outdoor area. After he left I turned on my kitchen faucet and very little water trickled.
