On July 28, 2021 I made 2 purchases from an independent rep named ***** ******* with Bomb Party. Each purchase was for a July ring totaling $21.55 for each ring. First of all she made a mistake and opened an August ring instead of the July ring and did not offer to correct this so I decided to try again and order the July ring AGAIN. She opened the July ring I have screenshots of both rings I was to receive in the mail. I received the August ring in a purple padded envelope written on the back says 1 August ring 8. I texted her numerous times to correct this and as of today have still not heard from her!! All I want is my $21.55 to be refunded to me since she did not mail the product to me. This is very aggravating trying to communicate with someone who will not reply back. I have screenshot my bank statement showing I made both purchases and I have the envelope showing she only sent one ring. Please help me get this corrected!Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/10/18) */ After a review of our records, we cannot find that Ms. ***** has contacted our corporate office. Without first reaching out to us with required order information, we cannot make any adjustments. I believe that normal BBB process would be to reach out to the company first. That being said, in Ms. *****' statement she acknowledges that the person from whom she purchased is an independent contractors. This means that they are small business owners. We are merely the supplier of the goods to the small business. If Ms. ***** would like to reach out to our customer service department, we can look into her allegations.
