SONS KIA of Montgomery Just had the worst experience with this dealership. My husband and I Ordered a **************** June 17th, 2023, and we got a call Aug 30th, 2023 that it was finally ready to be picked up. Well not only was it NOT ready, they tried to charge us an extra $8000 than what was originally quoted. We ordered it with a rear entertainment package and a tow hitch. And the total price should have been $42,140. Plus taxesThe van that come in had neither of those. One guy told us that they werent putting the tow hitches on anymore due to the known issue of fires. Ok FINE. Also the entertainment package was not installed. They said they would have to order that and put it in later. They also had put a market adjustment price on the sticker of over $4300. When I asked about that, the sales guy said oh, you werent told about that either? He put a paper in front of us with a total price of OVER $50,000. I about flipped When the sales manager tried to see what we could do to fix this, he said they would absorb the tow hitch price, after we had been told they couldnt put it on, and had a price of over 3 grand for that on there, when it was an option when we ordered at only $575 So the sales manager was trying to finagle the numbers to still collect the market adjustment and act like he was doing us a favor by absorbing the tow hitch and entertainment package. We had put $1000 deposit on the vehicle, so not only did I lose value on my current car for having to drive it extra miles but I am sure they were able to collect interest on our $1000 while they were holding it waiting for the vehicle to be delivered. Deceptive business dealings in the dealership. We were told NOTHING of a market adjustment.
