            Poor professionalism. We went to one of the locations on ************ to purchase a vehicle. We got approved on a Saturday and were told we could come in on Monday to pay down payment and get the vehicle. Upon arrival we were told that the loan was sent to a different company for a better rate, so we waited. After not hearing anything my husband went back to the dealership and we were told they were processing paperwork and would go with the original deal. He received a call at 5pn stating that he would need insurance before driving the vehicle from the lot. We had to wait again until the following Monday. My husband went to the dealership the following week after he was told to come sign paperwork and bring down payment when he got there he was told that the owners son put the incorrect mileage in on the paperwork and they would not make a profit because of it and we would need $2000 more for the down payment. The mileage makes no difference on a vehicle sale. The young lady that was assisting ********** ** that everything was ready to go. ********************** son didn't have to do anything, but the sale was lost. Dependable Auto tried to rip ** off.
