    Elite Air Solutions is GREAT! My AC went out on a Monday night, I called the office Tuesday morning, and by that afternoon a technician was at my house. The technicians were very polite and fixed my AC for me. The office ladies were very efficient and respectful on the phone! Overall, it was a great experience using this company. I highly recommend.

    From a customer perspective this company Elite Air Solutions provided customer service. For the company to advertise to be a 24 hour HVAC company did not produce this. My home A/C unit went out notified the leasing company and they provided a preferred vendor Elite Air Solutions at 9am and there dispatcher stated no one come out until Monday. I complained and she found some one to come around 1:30 pm. I called to check the status and everyone is gone. Next spoke with the owner and words were exchanged. He stated is out of town and will not doing nothing. I stated but you a 24 hour A/C company. Disconnect the call on me. **** Poor Service
