              THE WORSE PLACE TO TAKE YOUR CAR ************** (DOWNTOWN **********) .. I took my car to get my tires rotated and they supposedly changed my oil and didnt rotate my tires. So after I went back to get my car they told me I couldnt bring my car back because I needed three new tires but I took my car to get it inspected by another company and they told me my tires were still good. And I also let them check my oil and they didnt even put enough oil in my car. After I took it back the next day, the employee still didnt add enough oil to make it fill to the top of the dot on the stick. I asked him doesnt it suppose to be on the first dot at the top and his response was No, it supposed to be in between the dotsUPDATE: Manager called with a nasty attitude and was trying to make it seem like I was lying. I felt like he wasn't hearing me out and was defending his employees of their wrongdoings. My problem was they called and said my rubber/thread was about to start popping as soon as I drive a few miles down the road.

              Customer is correct, the store did not follow the correct process with the oil change. I have spoken with ********************** and extended our apologies and clarified that we will handle the employee being disrespectful to her internally and that is not part of our standards of service. We will mail her a gift certificate for her next oil change and a $50.00 voucher towards a tire purchase if needed. Customer was happy with the phone call and will visit one of our other locations in the future.
