Horrible, horrible horrible, the reps are 100% fraudulent and they take your money and not ship your items and the company is not doing anything about it. This company needs to be shut down. I ordered $400 in products and nothingBomb Party Response

A *** sold me 1000 dollars worth of inventory and I never received it. I try to order inventory and they never have it. The way this company is run is garbage. It started out great but they cannot keep up with the amount of inventory needed for ***s. I will start a lawsuit do I do not get my money back from this *** that stole from me.Bomb Party Response

**************** is their lowest priority.I ordered several pieces from a Rep on TikTok live - I only received 2 of the 3 pieces I ordered. I contacted the rep several times with no response. I contacted corporate over a month ago, multiple times with zero response. Save your money folks, there is much nicer faux jewelry out there with a business model that cares about their customers.Review from Andrew C

This company is taking advantage of people with gambling problems. As a fraud investigator at a financial institution, that is who I see using this company, because put simply...it is gambling. However, the odds of getting that expensive jewelry in your bath bomb are very low, and the prices are incredibly high. I have members at my credit union spending over $2,000/month on these things. This is a trash company, selling trash to people who need help.Review from Jess D

I've been ordering from Smileys Fizz Factory since August of 2023, and I love the jewelry. Unique settings, the colors are stunning - so many colors it's hard to imagine! I've gotten tons of compliments. When a stone fell out, the ring was replaced with no problem. A lot of the issues may be due to who your rep is, but mine is fantastic. I don't know what people are expecting for $25.00-of course it's costume jewelry. I couldn't care less that the stones are "lab created". Many stones are lab created even in fine jewelry now. I've never had an issue with fingers turning colors, even after getting the jewelry wet. My daughter doesn't even take hers off during showering, etc., and has no issues. Hello,I am looking to cancel my order O8MLWM-8965476. I ordered Dec 3 for home reveal and it hasnt even shipped yet. I reached out to the rep and she wasnt any help. Just stated that some of the items were shipped and received by ** December 8th, but my order still hasnt been shipped. They were supposed to be Christmas gifts, but at this point they wont make it here in time to be shipped out.Review from Tyler Y

??PYRAMID SCHEME?? (In my opinion)Only way to make money in this company is by recruiting others. Standard MLM. BASIC. Hide behind a very poor quality over priced product, in this case its FASHION JEWELRY. STAY SAFE!!! SCAM!!!?? (OPINION)
