Bomb Party representatives sell jewelry on Tik Tok. After the "party" is over they draw for a mystery hostess. On February 7 I was chosen as a mystery hostess and was awarded 5 free gifts and and 4 half price gifts. The hostess notified me through an email but the link was not to claim a mystery hostess prize but a link back to her to purchase jewelry. I submitted a ticket to ******************************** explaining that I was to be awarded free jewelry but the link was not working. You have 7 days to claim your jewelry and I submitted the ticket on February 14. Per the Bomb Party website you would receive an invoice from Bomb Party to pay for shipping for your free and half-price items. I never received the invoice. When support reached out to me they said there was nothing they could do because the party had closed. I feel this is unfair because the link to claim the free jewelry did not work so I notified support within 7 days but it took them until February *****************Business Response

Ordered earrings from a party with order number: ********. When I received the item and went to put the earrings on the post on the back of the earring broke. It was Jewel ***** Earring 2024. I filed an issue on their site and have been dealing with **** *******. On Sept 10, 2024 she told me a replacement had been ordered with order number ******** and gave me tracking which showed delivered to ******, Il. I live in ******* and thats where my address was when I ordered. I reached out same day and told her that was not my address. No answer. On Oct 8 I reach out and on Oct 21 she apologizes and gives me a new order number of ******** and tracking to *******. I let her know that is not my address and I have reached out since then with no response from **** and I cant bypass her as it seems she is the only one taking emails to the customer service box under my issue.Business Response

Purchased a Luxe Bracelet thru a Bomb Party *** on Tik Tok last October of 2024. Paid $40.00. Bracelet was damaged in shipping. *** said nothing she can do. Reached out to Corporate with all details, including pictures. They stated they would look into it and send a ***lacement. Never heard from them again after sending 3 more emails. In September I posted some ** rings for sale on ********. I was contacted by ****** **** who told me she does ************ and sells ** jewelry. She informed me that she was willing to sell my ** jewelry on "live" sales. I shipped two boxes to Melody containing a large amount of ** jewelry. I sent her a picture of tracking and confirmed with her that she received it. She informed me that any items she didn't sell within 3 or 4 weeks. Shortly after I made it a habit to check to see if she was doing live sales and she was. More than a month went by and there was NO communication from her at all. I reached out to her to see how much of it sold and to check on status. She told me she had surgery and wasn't able to go live as she hoped to. Even though I was present for some of the lives I guess she expected me to believe her. Then in November I asked numerous times as to what sold before she finally responded that a few pieces sold. She did agree to send my items back. No other communication about damaged or issues. Reached out again after Not receiving my jewelry or any tracking #'s for shipment. Again she promised that she would ship my items back. That was in November. No items have been returned to me and here it is now January! Same ole excuses...surgery, surgery complications and now she is moving and unable to lift my box of jewelry due to surgery. I am now told my items are missing stones and scratched! She has been in possession of my items for FIVE months and they are now damaged! She is a bomb party representative and based on my experience is a poor example! I asked for her to provide me with insurance company information to file a loss claim for my items and she BLOCKED me. I have tried to reach out to Bomb Party to discuss but am unable to talk to anybody. I have attached all conversations proof that she is a Bomb Party Representative, Proof that she was doing "LIVES" even though she stated surgery complications prevented it.Initial Complaint

Back in August 2024 I won what is called mystery hostess and I was supposed to receive 4 items for so much off and 4 free items I went onto website and ordered 8 items. 4 for the amount off and 4 for the free. I never received the free items When contacting the *** I went through she is saying I didnt order the free items when I know for sure I had 8 items in my cart. Joined as a *** and after 30 days they said I no longer qualify as a *** and would no longer be ***resenting their company, yet they still take out monthly transaction fees for services that I'm no using, and they do not allow me to cancel to prevent said fees from being charged. I've called and emailed and no answer or ***ly regarding the monthly transaction fees. I ordered a size 6 ring. Not any ring, but a special line - a reign ring costing nearly $40. Ring was in a box labeled with an upside down size 6 sticker but the ring itself is in no way a side 6. It falls off all of my fingers and I dont have this issue with any other size 6. I submitted a ticket 5 days ago with ZERO response/acknowledgement from a real person. Its frustrating. Ideal turn around times for just acknowledgement from a real person shouldnt be more than 24 hours. Not a week.Initial Complaint

I received two packages from the bomb party that were bought with my credit card by someone else so my credit card was hacked by the gentlemans name who was on the package, but it had my address on it. I am still waiting to get clearance from MasterCard that the charges will be revoked. I have spoken with the ************************* about this matter and they are having me wait and see if the charges are revoked if theyre not then they said that this will be a civil matter Criminal matter Im sorry and I am trying desperately to get a hold of this bomb company to send me a return shipping label for these two packages that do not belong to me because I dont want them and I want to return them to the company I have received no action on this for over a month and Im just trying to get a hold of someone and I cant cant get a hold of anyone
