    Purchased engine a month ago. I have been unable to reach anyone since. I want to cancel the order completed. But you can reach anyone by phone. Never received the receipt.

    I purchased a motor from this company for my car in 2020. In 2022 the timing chains failed. They boast about covering all internal engine parts for 3 years. I called them and they told me that timing chains arent covered. It cost me ******** to fix the engine. Last summer I was dumb enough to purchase another engine from them for my mustang, giving them the benefit of the doubt. This time after 3K miles both timing chains failed. I submitted a claim and they told me the same thing! They said that only internals are covered. Timing chains are internal and are essential to the rotation of the engine. The Motor has to come out and both the front and rear covers of the engine have to come off to remove the chains so tell how they are not considered internal?? Aside from that my mechanic showed me the motor disassembled and it is completely encapsulated in sludge do to not being maintained prior to my purchase. It will now cost me an additional ******** for this issue to be fixed. I provided them with pics, video and supporting documentation from my mechanic. I either wan them to pay for the repair or at least refund my full purchase price.
