I have no idea who these guys are. I have never called them, nor have I ever answered a call from them. They are calling me every 3 days and leaving voicemails every 3 days without leaving a reason for calling. At this point I would personally consider it harassment. If on the off chance they are calling to try and collect debt, I am making payments every two weeks on all debts owed, above minimum for that matter.

We have previously sent mail to the address listed on this complaint advising why we were attempting to reach Mr. ************** While our records don't reflect what he is claiming, I've noted his complaint and have marked our files not to call him again.

As per 15usc 1611 Experian TransUnion and Equifax is criminally obligated. They are affably obligated for twofold the measure of the money charge as per 15 usc 1640.Furthermore, they are at risk for each fdcpa infringement as per usc 1692k. I'm requesting they eliminate this supposed obligation from my shopper reports, transmit installments to me for infringement. A supposed obligation being outfrtted on your -credit- report is an infringement of 15 usc 16922b.(2) it is likewise publicizing to certain installment. Which is illicit. I'm requesting that you eliminate these Transactions from my report promptly as they are an infringement of my privileges as a governmentally protected purchaser under title 15 section 41. Ms. **** is claiming that we are reporting an unverified debt.  We have spoken to Ms. **** in the past on several occasions. She never disputed the debt and said she would pay it but would not say when.

We have never had a direct dispute from Ms. *********** We have received disputes she has made through the credit bureaus. We have investigated and confirmed each dispute. We have asked our client to confirm the balance has not been paid.  It has not.  We asked that they confirm the identity of the person that opened the account with their company.  They provided a copy of Ms. ****** identification and documents she signed. All the information provided indicates that this account was not fraud and it has not been paid.

We are reporting the account as disputed as is required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.  *********** has proof that she has paid the account, she should send that proof to my office and we will send a deletion request to the credit bureaus immediately to remove the collection item reported by DiRecManagement, Inc.

I am not liable for the debt with ******************************. I do not have a contract with **********. When I requested they provide me with original contract, they did not provide one.

We are contracted to ****************************** to handle collection matters. We do not have a contract with ******** *****, but ********************** does. They do not need authorization to send accounts to  a collection agency.  We have sent mail to the same address listed on this complaint with no response.  We have no record of ever being contacted by ******** ***** to dispute the account.

We have confirmed with Infirmary ******************** that the balance of $53.00 is correct and they have provided our office with documentation validating the debt. If ******** ***** would like for my office to send the documents provided by the ************, please let us know.

We are now reporting the account as disputed to the credit bureaus as is required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

I am not liable for this debt with Bay Oral Surgery. I do not have a contract with ********************. They did not provide me with the original contract as I requested.

    Business response

******************** is correct in that she does not have a contract with DiRecManagement, Inc..  She did sign a contract with ******, ******* & ********, DMD now known as *********************.

We represent ********************* in their collection matters.  We have never had any correspondence or contact from ********************. We attempted to contact her at the same phone number listed on this complaint. We also sent mail to the same address listed on the complaint.  We never had a response to either form of communication.

Now that ******************** has indicated that she disputes her account and she also claims that she requested verification of the debt, we will send a copy of the documentation provided to our office by ********************* to the address listed on our records and this complaint. We will also report the account to the credit bureaus as a disputed as is required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

I hereby declare that I am not responsible for the debt associated with [TREXIS ONE]. I have no contractual agreement with [DIREC MANAGEMENT, IN], and despite my request, they have failed to provide me with the original contract as requested.

    Business response

****************** has never contacted our office as he claims, despite messages left on his voice mail and letters sent to his home address. The account in question was for ******************** and the unpaid premiums for his policy.  We received notice that he disputed the account via the credit bureaus on September 22, 2023. That was the first time we had any indication that ****************** claimed he was not responsible to pay his auto insurance premiums.  Because of the age and balance of the account we submitted a request to the credit bureaus to delete the collection item DiRecManagement reported to ********************** credit file.  This was done prior to receiving your notice that he had filed another complaint claiming he was not responsible to pay his auto insurance premiums.  I've confirmed that DiRecManagement, *** is no longer on ********************** credit report.

We've investigated ****************** claim that she is not responsible for the *********************** account placed in our office for collection purposes.  ****************** has a copy of ****************** Drivers License presented at the time of the loan and they have confirmed that the loan has not been paid in full.  We have never had any contact with *******************  She has never returned any of our phone calls and has not replied to any of our letters.  She is claiming we failed to provide proof of the debt, but this is the first time we have heard from her.  We have no record of any request of any kind from *******************  Now that she had indicated she believes she does not owe this account, we will send proof of the debt to her home address.

****************** does not owe DiRecManagement.  We are collection agents for *********************** and collect past due accounts on their behalf.  We are authorized to act as their agent in collection of past due debts they send to our office.  If ****************** believes she has previously paid this account, please provide proof of that payment and we will have *********************** confirm the account has been paid in full.

************ must have DiRecManagement confused with another collection agency.  While we do have accounts in our office for collection In **************** name, he has never tried to contact our office nor has he requested any proof of debt either verbally or in writing.  We attempted to contact ************ by mail and phone at the same address and phone number listed on this complaint. We never had any response at all. No return calls or replies to our letters.

Because of the age of the account listed in this complaint, it is due to fall off Mr. ***** Credit in the near future.  We will go ahead and delete the collection item listed to **************** credit file by DiRecManagement, Inc.  He needs to allow 7 to 10 days for the credit bureaus to update their records. If he would like to contact our office to discuss the unpaid account or request information, he may reach ** at ************** or ******************************************************************

Business filed a judgement in court for garnishment of wages on a medical bill. Served at an address I haven't resided at in 13 years and I was not present. Added interest to my judgement yet I never signed anything about interest. Denied my payment plan in 2018. Refused to work with me when contacted last week. Harassed my grandmother at her home address and sent a sheriff to HER home that has never and is not now in my name. So their serving me at an address I haven't lived at since a child not legal. Spent all that money to *** me in court over $1100. Has on my credit I over $1300+ and the judgement says otherwise. Then did not show up to my grandmother's resident until the 24th when they had the judgement on 1/12 leaving me zero days to file an appeal. Accessing my SSN illegally. ********** services was never given permission to use or sell my information after 2018 financial agreement expired.

This account is for services ************** received on October 11, 2017.  The balance was not paid and the account was placed for collection in our office April 11, 2018.  We sent several letters to the address we had on file and none of those were returned.  We left multiple messages for ************** on her voice mail.  None of those were returned either.  Suit was filed in August 2018 and ************** was served with the suit documents on October 26, 2018. She called our office for the first time that day.  She did offer to pay $10 per month on her account.  We are not authorized to set accounts up on payments that would require over 10 years to pay.  We could not accept her offer. She cursed the representative she was talking to and ended the call. When ************** was served with the suit documents on October 26, 2018 she was given the amount of time to file an answer with the courts that is given to all defendants in a law suit.  She did not file an answer or appear in court.  A judgment was granted on December 3, 2018.  The judgment calls for the balance plus court costs to be paid.  It also allows for the legal rate of interest which is established by ******* State Law and does not have to be included in any signed contract.  This account has not been purchased by anyone. The creditor does not need ****************** permission to place a past due account in collections.  Now that ************** has filed a dispute, we will report the account to the credit bureaus as disputed as is required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.  Because of the age of the account it will automatically fall off ****************** credit report in October **** unless it is paid before that date. We are required to delete medical accounts from the credit bureaus once they are paid.  In the meantime, this account will be reported as unpaid and disputed.

I am not liable for this debt with Direct Management INC and do not have a contract with Direct Management INC. They do not provide me with the original application like i asked.

    Business response

Mr. ******** is correct in that he does not have an account with DiRecManagement, Inc.  However, we are a collection agency and we have received an account from one of Mr. ********'s creditors.  The creditor has the legal right to place an account for collection purposes when it become past due.  We report those accounts placed for collection purposes to the credit bureaus as collection items.  We have the legal authority to do this. We have never received any correspondence or communication from Mr. ******** to inquire about an account we are collecting or reporting to his credit file. This complaint is the first time he has communicated with our office in any way.  We will report the account to the credit bureaus as a disputed account as is required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.  Since he claims he has requested an original contract and we did not provide it, which we have no record of, we will attempt to locate his current address and send all the documentation provided to our office by his creditor. Perhaps he could provide a detailed dispute at that time as to why he believes the account in question should not be paid. Our mailing address is ******* *****, ******, AL  *****.  Our physical address is **** ********** **** *., ******, AL *****.  Our phone number is ************. Our web address is www.direcmanagement.com  He can communicate with us through any of those methods.

I am rejecting this response because: this company has no right to post anything on my credit report without an original contract, no contract was ever sent to me.

We disagree with Mr. ********'s assessment of what our rights are.  As stated in my previous response to Mr. ********, I would send out documentation to the address on his complaint to verify the account we are reporting to his credit file.  That letter and those documents just went out in the mail on September 8, 2022.  If he provided the correct address in his complaint, he will have verification of the debt we are reporting to his credit file soon.  We have sent mail to that address in the past only to have it returned with the notation "Not at this address".  We are now reporting the account to the credit bureaus as disputed as is required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
