    I have another nonsufficient charge for $32. I opt out of overdraft protection i was told that would resolve these issuues from occuring they refuse to refund it! The didnt pay charge turned it but still charged me!

    We reviewed the actions taken by our ************** Representatives in response to Ms. ******* complaint. We have confirmed that fees were charged as described in applicable disclosures governing the account. Additionally, we have verified that procedures were followed regarding courtesy refunds. Ms. ****** is not eligible for any additional courtesy refunds, as she has already been provided the maximum available. Options for avoiding insufficient funds fees were provided to Ms. ******* She is empowered to avoid these fees by refraining from authorizing debits when there are no available funds to cover them.

    We are unable to resolve the matter to Ms. ******* satisfaction since she has no remaining courtesy refunds available; however, we consider the matter resolved because we have verified that fees charged align with our disclosures and procedures were followed for providing courtesy refunds.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I was informed there is no way that you will not be charged in someway for having insufficient funds telling someone to like an account to other funds they dont have will not fix the issue of punishing someone for being poor! Because you did not pay the the amount tthat was rejected. I can see a charge if you had but you didnt pay it. The charge is a punishment thats it!
