      We contacted mental roofing last year for a porch and roof leak, he came out was paid $450 and was supposed to return and that has been almost a year ago. I have contacted him on a couple different occasions and I also contacted him today before making this complaint. He went on to tell me that I only contact him when it's raining and he's had personal things going on in the last year and that my porch wasn't the most important porch in ********. He kept telling me that he has personal issues and that he will eventually come out when he can to fix it but it's been nearly a year and I asked if he would give some the money back or anything and he said no and when I told him I thought this was a little *********** repair fraud he told me do not threaten him cuz he really did not care at all.this man is scamming people it's not right we wanted the work done we paid for not told everytime we contacted him he has personal things going on that's more important.

      Roofer came out and started job around mid February. We did have a stint of a lot of rain so understood that *** be a bit before he was to come back and d finish. I did contact him after a few weeks and was informed there was a death in family and he would get to us as soon as possible. I gave it a few weeks and started inquiring with mr. ********************** when he would be back out. This was approximately late march. Was told it would be next week. On april 12 I called again to inquire and was told the same thing. It is now April 28 and no one has been out. I paid $2400 to them to fix the issues with roof that we discussed. Half of these repairs have been done while the other half have not. Would like job finished or refund of half of payment made.
