This year was the first time I have had to ever get a roof, and ************************* made the process so easy. You are missing out if you do not go with Pelican Roofing. They were efficient and made sure they cleaned up everything. I could not have asked for a better experience with such a stressful situation.

We highly recommend Pelican Roofing. **** and his team did an excellent job replacing our roof. We had a strict deadline to have the roof completed for insurance purposes. ***** team work tirelessly and efficiently to get the job done. **** is extremely professional, honest and on hand to make sure his team is providing the best service possible.

In March 2022, we secured several quotes for roofing our home and to install gutters. It was difficult to find a company that would do both. Our home is older so the roof quotes recommended ridge vents and updating the venting systems. For the roofing quote, he had the best price for the same work as other quotes. For the gutter install, we had 2 other companies refuse to give a quote due to the complex fascia we have that needs specialized brackets. Seth gave a quote on this but let us know of the complexity to install. We went with Pelican for both. I cannot tell you how pleased we are. The roofing was with precision and done timely. The most Amazing part was the clean-up and care they took with our yard. We have loads of plants/flowers. Once they were complete, you could not tell they had been there!!! With the gutters, this was most impressive. They had to deal with supply issues to get the specialized materials. They build on site. They had to deal with my weird yard sloping for the gutter elbows. But they installed perfectly and with no additional cost to us even though this job took longer than anticipated. The best part was Seth, the owner. He talked or texted with me weekly - sometime daily. He let me know what was going on every step of the way. He and his staff were courteous and professional. They were timely and worked hard to get the job done to MY expectations. Seth included me in all decisions and provided me with explanation on everything I wanted to know. Seth is a hands on owner and didn't just leave us to his workers, even though is staff was incredible. I highly recommend Pelican Roofing and Seth. You are getting professional work from genuinely caring and hardworking people who care about the work they are doing and pleasing their client. Kim H.
