      I bought a cph 40 bending machine. It came with a 12 month warranty. I have had issues from the first delivery date. No one at carell corp will offer any help or any information on the warranty work that needs to be done to get this machine working.

      Complaint by Cutting Edge Fabrication, Tatum TX. ****** *******. This company purchased a Model CP40H-REV roll bending machine from us. It was shipped on January 24th, 2023. The first incoming call regarding a mechanical/electrical issue was on November 15th, 2023. We took his call and tried to help. He was verbally abusive, for reasons beyond our comprehension Subsequent calls when we were attempting to be proactive and helpful resulted in similar vulgar language and verbal abuse. Currently, we have agreed to have the machine shipped to our location for evaluation and repair, then ship back to TX at no expense to the customer. The customer has not been responsive. Customer also states that he had not even turned the machine on until November 2023, remember the machine arrived late Jan. 2023, first days of February 2023 to his facility. We have done and offered all that we know to do at this point.
