    Horrible customer service or no c/s, they didnt respond to any of my emails. I contacted them to inquire about why my items had not been shipped after a month but a shipping label had been created within a few days. On top of a month to ship 2 items they only sent one item. No note, no partial refund no Nothing. I will gladly take my business elsewhere and go through my bank to get my partial refund.

    This company is a joke. They do not respond to your messages and very poor communication skills. The do not know how to run a . company. How do you not refund people their money when it is clearly your fault like sending the wrong order. Do not ever order from them.

    They are a scam. They will put clothing on their website advertising clothes they do not have. Then will say they are refunding. But they will never send you your money back. They have done the twice.

    This business is a scam. I ordered two tracksuit sets and only received one. I constantly tried to contact them via email and Instagram and they ignored my messages until they finally sent a ***** store credit. The store credit wouldnt cover the amount of one tracksuit therefore, they were still trying to SCAM more money out of me. Their clothes are straight from aliexpress so I would suggest looking on their website instead of NSJ Collection. Their Instagram is @nsj_collection. Dont do business with them they are fraudulent.

    This place is a scam!!! I order from them and still have not received any items.. all they do is creat a label for usps..I have sent multiple emails and no response!! Please do not order from them!

    SCAM DO NOT I ordered 2 sets from them never received I ordered on 11/07/2022 after several emails to the company I got a notification saying shipped well once I checked the tracking number with USPS only a shipping label was created USPS never received the merchandise to deliver. This place is a scam. I have tried reaching out to them several time once they told me their computers where down. This is sad for people to take your money. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

    I order two sweat suits and I received my shipping confirmation the next day or so and then the package stop tracking. I placed a claim with the post office and I reached out to the merchant and she said she had a mistake on the label and she fixed it. I received the package and only on suit was in there and she have given me a store credit for the other. I then went and ordered another item that was in stock paid another * dollars for the package to be scanned but not received at the post office. This is so sad that people can’t be honest and take hard working people’s money. To add the site is now gone and disabled so I had to reach out via Instagram.
