    Called Walley Plumbing office on 9/1/2022. I requested a visit to obtain an estimate to repair or replace a leaking faucet in my kitchen sink. I was told by the person answering Walley Plumbing's phone that this would be a " complimentary" visit. When Jake finished our discussions, he said I owed $***** for the visit. I told Jake that I was told this morning that the visit would be " complimentary". To me "complimentary" means "at no cost to me".

    Good morning, 

    All of our calls to the office are recorded for quality assurance. We did not tell this customer the trip out was complimentary as you can hear in the attached audio. Our dispatcher told this customer that we could be there between 12-4 that day and we would give him a 20-30 minute courtesy call to let him know we're on the way.  If you need anything else from us please do not hesitate to let us know.
