I was looking at a Honda Accord valued at $16,000 online. I submitted an inquiry for the Honda Accord. I got a phone call the next day saying that I could go look at it at the **** C and H even though online it was at the ********* region. Upon arrival, they told us that Honda Accord wasn't there and we were pushed into driving a more expensive car. And when I say pushed, ******** ***** came outside and told me she thought she had something we would like. We said we were just interested in the Honda and she responded that this one was a good price for the car. I asked, " How much?". She responded that we would talk about it later. My boyfriend and I went for a quick drive because we were already in a rush and felt pressured. We got back and she told us that it was around $24,000. We told her it wasn't in our price range. She then continued to push the car. My boyfriend told her that we were looking for something around $10,000. She said we wouldn't find something for that price so we left. About a week later, I received a loan denial form from guardian credit union for $23,111. I never applied for this loan and never authorized C and H Auto to apply for this loan on my behalf ESPECIALLY for a car that I told them that I did not want. I went by C and H on 12/30/21 and talked to ******** Prove herself. She denied the whole thing. I did say some things that were uncalled for but that is neither here nor there. I went by Guardian Credit Union and they confirmed it was C and H auto sales but have no way of putting it into writing. I call C and H and talked to their manager. He did not send me a copy of the form I signed stating that my they could apply for loans in my name. I did not receive it as an email and I have no record of sending my pay stubs or anything to ******** *****. Basically, the reason I am filing this complaint is because I do not have the proper evidence behind them applying for loans in my name.
