      I moved in ********************** May 13th 2022, ********* ******* *****. My original date was supposed to be the beginning of the year 2022, I was told first of January, then I was told the first of February. I sent the owner a two-page letter, to tell him ******************************* that the work was not completed in my unit.The previous regional manager, and the corporate maintenance guy came to visit me July 13th 2022, from ******* corporate office. Retaliation every since that day to present. July 13th,2022 I was told that I would get a new refrigerator in 30 days. I did not get it until the end of June 2023. I have problems with my stove, could not use my oven. I told the office that I was a diabetic and I needed to use my oven. It took approximately 90 days to call a appliance company. At first they wanted the maintenance man to look at it. I told them he's not qualified. To look at my oven. So they call the company that I recommend it.I transferred to a first floor due to my disabilities, November 15th 2023. I contacted code enforcement November 29th, issue in my storage room termites. Before I moved in, I informed the office approximate 4 weeks. My concern was I have wood furniture and other wooden items. No response until I got code enforcement and USDA involved.I'm also having issues with my windows, there's a heavy draft of air coming through my apartment is very cold. I was standing in my kitchen turning on my water to wash my dishes, I feel a heavy draft of air on my hand. That's going to cause my electric bill to go up.Because my apartment is all electric. Also when my furnace turns on there's a loud clicking noise. I am sending this complaint because nothing gets done in a timely manner at Laurelwood apartments. In some cases they just ignore your request for repairs. I send an email over to the rental office, I asked a question. How long does it take for a request repair to be completed email ignore. In my previous unit, I received a email from *************************** saying that all of my repairs was completed. On a non reply email I had to screenshot them on my cell phone. I send them all back to the rental office, and said they are not completed no reply back.One of their problems they hire a young maintenance ****** or 23 years old, that is not qualified. Maintenance try to use regular tape and floor ahesive to repair drywall. There was a water leak in my previous unit in May 2022, before I transferred. It was leaking in my neighbor's apartment that live below me.My previous neighbor had issue with her hot water tank. She had to leave town to go to her daughter's house, because they kept ordering the wrong size hot water tank. When she returned, she told me the maintenance guy used the same wiring which was defective.Ms. *** said if it would have caught a fire. It would have affected you, because you live above me. Her son ******* was checking on her unit because she was out of town. When he walked in he smelled smoke. Maintenance is not qualified to do many duties. He is going to be a liability for Laurelwood apartments. The property grounds are not maintained, Trash, broken down furniture etc. I tried to upload photos, but it said they are too large.Thank you,************** Phone: ************
