I will say Jim is very nice but our shelter sweats even though he said that usually never happens & apparently had had no compliments of that which is rather odd since ours does. I wasn't even told there would be a possibility of sweating & now the paint job is peeling all off.
Jim said that was do to sweating. We so live in South Arkansas where the humidity levels are high. We bought this shelter is Austin, AR so that isn't that far from us so anyone is well aware of humidity here in this area.
I just would like to make others aware of this becuaee our shelter is no good to us like it is. We are going to have to have it completely repainted if we can ever fix the problem of it sweating. It is a molded paint peeling off & it was just bought in 2016 at the earliest maybe even 2017. Jim told us run electricity to it & buy an humidifier which is not cheap at all and that should care the problem. No one will have to do that after buying a shelter something that you may use once a year if that.
So just remember this because when you pay too dollar for something & it turns out this way you need to know all the facts before purchasing.
I can tell you that a concrete one DOES NOT SWEAT. I completely messed up in getting this metal one. May just want to keep that in mind if you are on the fence about purchasing a storm shelter.
