      We ordered delivery- and we are within 15 minutes of the Walmart in Manor, Texas. They delivered groceries to some other house. They changed the address. The picture of the delivery showed some other address. When we called they said they could refund out money. We want the order. Poor service. Poor response from calling them directly. Guess if you are big enough you can ruin people's days and pay no price.

      Just found out due to my account having a low balance that my bank didn’t pay, and charged me $35 for “my Walmart plus” membership. I don’t read my statements (my bad), but they apparently signed me up for this 14 months ago and have been taking $14.05/mo for this program I not only didn’t sign up for, nor do I know anything about. What a sleazy company. Just another reason to finally cut the cord. They’ve never emailed me or sent me a letter about my “membership”, so this is clearly shady, and must make them millions if not billions. I have no need for any sort of program at Walmart other than the one where I go in, buy something, and leave. Bbb needs to allow zero stars

      My husband and I finally decided to go to our local Walmart vision center to have our eyes examined. It has been one of the worst experiences we have ever had. First I haven't had my vision checked for a while now and getting older it's getting worse so we chose Walmart to do it bc it's convenient for my husband (he works across the street from it)! We were told it was affordable and we had saved up some extra money just for this. He also has vision insurance through work. When we were being examined I was thinking that the doctor was maybe going to fast but bc I hadn't been for a while I didn't say anything and when he did my husband's exam he said and did the same to him so I expected he was the doctor and he knew his job. Both of us were given prescriptions for bifocals that day and we decided to just get the glasses there as well. We went to get them and were told that our insurance would cover at least one set of frames and lenses had good coverage also. We would also get a 20 percent discount on the second pair which we decided to get for backup. By the time we walked out of there we were charged over $600 just our part and and insurance charged almost $200 and that was for just 3 pairs bc the gentleman got upset with me bc I told him I only wanted plain lenses that were cheap. After getting home we decided to return them and was told to go to another Walmart. We did and thought we were done great by them because we 4 pair of glasses and was only charged $380 and insurance charged aroused $300. But after trying to wear both pair of my glasses ( like I was told to do by doctor and employee's bc I never had bifocals before)I have I can't see any better. I see better without them. My husband is the same way with both pairs of his new glasses. He wears his old one and some readers we picked up at Walmart long ago bc of it. But what makes it even worse is 2 months later we both get bills saying we owe them more money that insurance didn't pay!!! It's like $75.

      Ordered paper towels from walmart.com. Product has been stating delayed since May 2024. I've tried reaching out to Walmart Help center twice to either have it shipped or return my money. Have been told they'd reach out to the company...but have not had any progress. Still have not received my product, yet they've taken the money from my account.

      I must share this, as I've been very lenient and considerate to the remodel that's going on. But the Walmart Supercenter in Farmville, VA (1800 Perry Drive, Farmville, VA 23901) has been a complete DISAPPOINTMENT. I've been in this store NUMEROUS TIMES, and I have YET to receive something as small as a "HELLO" from a MANAGER, let alone receive assistance in finding product from it's employees. I walked into the store one day and was greeted (for the first time EVER) by an employee [named Ryan], and he offered assistance AT THE DOOR. An assistant manager walked past as I was talking to him, "ON HIS PHONE", and never lifted his head to assist (he's "walked by" me before). This is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went in TODAY to purchase ice cream for a BUSINESS. I asked an employee where the freezer bags were. I told him where they WERE, before the remodel. He proceeded to tell me that he wasn't sure. I proceeded back to the freezer department, searching for bags, as I already had ice cream in my cart. I never found them! I proceeded back to the register, the employee asked if I found them, I responded with a "NO LUCK", and he said, "WELL, I don't know what to tell you!" The customer service in THIS particular Walmart is BELOW ACCEPTABLE ... and something has to be done! I will drive an hour to Powhatan, N. Chesterfield, or even Lynchburg's Walmart before I do any shopping at 1800 Perry Drive, EVER AGAIN! This is something that needs to be addressed. I've worked in retail for over 15+ years with the Kroger Company, and CUSTOMER SERVICE was, is, and ALWAYS WILL BE #1 PRIORITY. At the bottom of EVERY PAYCHECK you received at Kroger was a line that said, "This check was made possible because of our CUSTOMERS" ... and I don't think Walmart (especially this particular one) has that in view. Every resident I've come in contact with her in Farmville will relay the SAME EXACT MESSAGE ... 1800 Perry Drive needs a MAJOR REMODEL in the "CUSTOMER SERVICE" department.

      I brought a car battery online and was charge a $12.00 core charge until i brought the old battery back for the $12.00 refund. But when i got to the store they tolD me we don't want the old batters back anymore and would not give me my $12.00 back

      The store has become aggressive towards customers. Demanding receipts at the exits, using language designed to fool people into thinking they have to stop for a receipt check, approaching customers who exercise their right to NOT stop, and using stern/rude facial expressions to those who ignore them in an attempt at intimidation.

      I came to pharmacy on 12210 w. Airport blvd, Stamford, Tx. 77477. The pharmacy employee called “Peace” went above & beyond to help us with our medications. It was overwhelming at first, but, she reliteraly calmed our nerves on all areas of our concerns. Am giving her 5stars on, professionalism, respectfulness, kindness, patience. Her character & charisma was to Perfection. Thanks for your patient care services. We need more people like you.

      I ordered from Walmart online for something as simple as a 90-count pack of Hefty Strong trash bags. I received an "EMAIL" it was delivered August 5th. When I went to get it, it was not there. I looked on my Ring Door and Nest cameras and there were no deliveries seen on the videos. I reported the item as missing and never delivered by calling Walmart. They looked into it and sent me an "EMAIL" saying it had been delivered and would not issue me a refund. I am out $26.99 and no trash bags. Normally when you get deliveries, you get a text and email with a picture showing the package on your porch or in your delivery box. I didn't get a picture confirmation, only an email. This is just like the woman who once complained she bought a $150 gift card for Walmart but when the gift recipient tried to use the card, the card had no value on it. Someone has figured out a way to fake a delivery and steal merchandise from Walmart and its customers. This was an online purchase and my preferred store is the Roseville Supercenter in Roseville, Michigan. Why would a customer lie about a package only worth $26.99. They are calling me a liar by refusing to refund me.

      I've never been so embarrassed and judged in 30 years of running my company. Today, Tuesday, August 27, 2024, I purchased a network router for a client not realizing that client had already stopped and grabbed the same model. So after completing a long install, I came back and returned my network switch that was brand new, never opened, still have void if opened sticker in place. I hand my receipt and assume she would return my money as it's brand new and can go back on the shelf never touched. She instead proceeded to rip open the top of the box and tear off the sticker keeping it new and sealed. I asked why she did that, I asked if she thought I was a theif or a scammer and that I was literally standing there in my company uniform and with a completely sealed box. She said she won't get fired over me and I said what are you talking about. She said she opens all boxes. And I said we'll that's completely embarrassing and judgemental of you to do that. It was sealed and brand new. She said it's opened so it will be sent back and can't be put back on the floor. I said you opened it right now. She then proceeded to give me a death stare and I said you didn't need to do that and it's ridiculous. I said I will contact the store manager and give me my refund now and I left. I was absolutely shaking after she treated me like a criminal. It's outrageous that she would act like that and make me out to be some scammer. It was BRAND NEW!!!!!
