We purchased our house in Dec 2020 for RLP and a 1 year builders warranty was part of the contract. In May of 2021 we contacted the contacts that were listed on the Warranty Information we were provided at closing about a warranty item. The warranty item was that the bathtub was not properly installed and bows when filled with water. One email address bounced back undeliverable and the other contact, Danielle, no longer worked in the Warranty department. She forward the email to a **** *******, no one followed up with us. In August of 2022 we had an electrical issue - all the power in the main area of the house was out. After it was evaluated by an electrician we submitted a 2nd claim and resubmitted the 1st claim. Beau contacted us and sent out their contractor to correct the issue - there were to many items on one breaker. In September, I followed up on the 1st claim as it was not addressed, with still no response. In Dec 2021 we submitted a 3rd claim about water damage that was coming from the dryer vent. I reached out to Danielle to see if anyone was still working and she passed me to *****. ***** contacted us to confirm the claims were received. In Jan 2022 I reached out for a follow up because no one had done anything in with them. In April 2022, a warranty guy came and reviewed the items and stated that they would get them repaired and stated that he would get it set up. In may 2022 I missed an text and missed the chance to schedule one of the contractors. I followed up had he was rude that i had missed the text. No more contact was made by RLP. In Nov 2022 I reached back out to ***** again, provided contact information and i have not received any update since then.
