They sign you up automatically without you permission and charge your credit card 9.95 a month. You also can not reach them, there's a voice mail to leave a message and no one calls back.Fallen Yet Not Forgotten

I placed an order for 30 coins even though I was reluctant as after inquiring where they were made I was told "At present, we source our coins from international manufacturers who adhere to the highest quality standards. We have looked at Made In The USA coins but, unfortunately, the craftsmanship and quality aren't as good as our current coins. " So In other words most likely China. While placing the order a screen said my purchase qualified for a free coin and to click here if I wanted it Which I clicked for my free coin. At this point it showed I had been charged for the 30 coins and a recurring $9.95 monthly Veterans Club charge. I did not complete or approve the transaction and backed out. I looked at my Credit card statement and they had already pending charges of $137.70 and $9.95. After three emails and a phone call left as a message because no one answers the phone, I see my credit card was credited these fraudulent charges. Do not do business with this Company. I bought coins through Grateful American Coin in Florida. The coins are made in the USA, beautiful, and some of their proceeds go to a Veterans cause. Our sister company, ****** Trucks, ordered a coin and pins for our 2006 POW/MIA HMMWV special edition truck. The order was wrong, so we contacted the company. We had to prove our claim the order was wrong and jump through all the return requirements hoops. We asked several times for a contact name, but none was ever provided. In fairness, we had emailed Fallen Yet Not Forgotten to see if we could use their logo to help promote this truck since we used their items and a portion of the proceeds of the truck will benefit veterans; mo response! We still have not received the items we ordered; they said they would ship the pins when they received the coins. We don't understand why they could not ship the pins, right the wrong, then worry about the returns. We also reached out to see where their product is manufactured and if they are selling Chinese-made products. No response. This was indeed a poor excuse for customer service and a terrible customer experience.Fallen Yet Not Forgotten

We have shipped the replacement and upon checking, it has been delivered. The tracking number for the replacement is: *********************5. As for the question about using our logo for your marketing purposes, I have forwarded it to the appropriate department. Currently, we are forced to have these pins hand-made outside of the USA due to EPA restrictions and regulations on how the custom molds of these pins are made. We are striving to work with our manufacturers as well as the local government to have these restrictions lifted so we can manufacture these pins in the USA. All other apparel and accessories that we offer at Fallen Yet Not Forgotten are Made in the USA.Review fromJohn A

I did order coins from them one time. I got the coins in a reasonable time. The quality was mediocre at best but sufficient for my needs. However, since making the order, I keep getting charged $9.95 a month on the credit card I used. I have had this reversed each time and was contacted by them saying they were sorry and it wouldn't happen again. Guess what happened this month? I have had to cancel the card and get a new one to be sure I won't be charged again. It is difficult to reach them so I guess it is a home gig for them. I am giving them 2 stars only because I did get the coins and used them for what I wanted.Fallen Yet Not Forgotten

Ordered what I believed to be 5 coins for $20 through a Facebook ad. Charged $100 for 20 coins. When my credit card company alerted me, I immediately contacted Customer service, less than 24 hours after placing the order. I left a message requesting cancellation of the order and cancellation of a monthly subscription which I had not signed up for. I received a text message telling me the order would be cancelled. However, the order and the monthly subscription were not cancelled. I received the coins and the company continued to charge me $9.95 monthly despite repeated attempts to cancel the monthly subscription. This is not a reputable company and does not deserve even a one star rating.Fallen Yet Not Forgotten

I think they are a bunch of low lives who use veterans to sell their products. They should be closed down or not allowed to operate in the United States. I bought 20 coins from them and I never received the coins. When I called about my order I kept getting leave a message and we will call you back. They never call you back. 1 starSame thing as some of the other reviews I ordered shirts, and there never came. I've been trying to contact them for a long time, and they have been so difficult to deal with. It got to the point where I connected my bank because they lacked customer service to give me my money back or send me the shirts. If anyone sees this, I wouldn't risk buying from them, and on top of that I can't leave a review on their website they hand-pick only positive ones.
