    Took our doodle in this week and specifically told them more than once to leave him long and work through what matted hair they could. But to absolutely not shave him. Got there to pick him up and they had shaved him anyways without so much as a phone call or text. Not the first time they have done that either. Wife called them to speak to them about the issue and they were completely non apologetic and hung up on her!!

    I have had only good results from my interaction with Fuzzy Bones! My ShihTzu, Mimi, was a rescue that loved Fuzzy Bones. After she passed, I got my Zuchon, Guy! April at Fuzzy Bones does a great job with him. He started going to Fuzzy Bones for his first grooming and has continued there, and is always very handsome when I pick him up!

    Visited my family this weekend and one of my grand dogs was just miserable from pain and swollen around her private parts from being shaved without the permission of her owner. My family member ended up with a 125.00 vet bill from the mistakes of this dog grooming place in Bentonville, Ar The other grand dog was shaved around his privates also and actually everything was shaved when they were told not to shave these two dogs only a good trim. There were nicks to ones ear and foot also.
