The car wash vertical stands got caught in my wife's passenger mirror, pulling the mirror assembly forward and prying off the mirror glass. We spoke with 2 managers immediately after it happened. They took pictures of the mirror and in fact, pieces broke off in Nabor's hand (manager). They took pictures of it and said they had to do an investigation. Rees, another manager then told us their investigation resulted in a denial of claim because, according to him, their carwash is in perfect condition and NEVER damages any vehicles. He stated it was not their fault. I told him my wife saw it happen when it happened and he was calling us liars. I am an ex Marine and take my honesty and integrity very seriously. The part to replace costs $65 and I am not going to lie for a $65 part. This kid (Rees) has no idea how to provide customer service. My wife and I had 2 vehicles at their place, we did oil changes, inside cleaning, and unlimited washes for both vehicles and we DO NOT APPRECIATE OR ACCEPT BEING TREATED LIKE LIARS. Their commitment to honesty and integrity does not exist and they should be ashamed and embarrassed for their stand that their car wash NEVER damages a single vehicle. I call bullshit on that as the position of the cars, the width of them , the mirrors, etc.. are all different and there is NO WAY IN HELL this NEVER happens. Splash has all the car photos of the broken mirror, the pieces that came off in Nabor's hand.
