We were looking for a chimney sweep service. We called A- 1 Chimney Pro. They worked to get us an appointment before Christmas so we could use the fireplace for the holidays. We are so excited as this is our first Christmas in our new home. The Chimney sweep Pro was prompt, professional and even took the time to give us important information on using and keeping our fireplace safe. Thank you so much! Will definitely be using for all our Chimney and fireplace needs.

So glad we made the call to A1 Chimney Pro! Technicians Luke & Caleb were well prepared, organized, courteous, & professional straight down the line. They worked hard & efficiently but still took the time to make sure every task was performed properly. When finished, not a single thing was out of place inside the house nor outside. Even the smallest detail was taken care of. In today’s world it’s rare to see such a high standard of work ethic being practiced. They did a beautiful job. We called the company and spoke to the wonderful ladies Ms. Cheyenne and Ms. Mattie who not only scheduled us quickly, but were very knowledgeable of the field process and communicated that to us so we would know what to expect on the day of our appointment which was much appreciated. The day of the appointment came and Mr. Justin was professional, fast, and knowledgeable. I cannot speak more highly of this company and the entire team inside the office and out on the field. Brandon & Steven were completing a creosote removal today. They were on time and finished in a timely fashion. Viewing the chimney tile after completion showed essentially no creosote remaining. Brandon explained what was done and felt we were safe to use the chimney again. Very pleased with their service. Will see them next spring.A-1 Chimney Pro, Inc.
