1 starOrdered a shirt on a Thursday. They don’t work on Friday, so confirmation says it’ll be updated Monday or Tuesday. This message: Also, we don't work Fridays or on the weekends! This allows all NB employees to get out and experience the moment just like you. Because of this, all orders placed Thursday through Sunday won't get updated until Monday or Tuesday. Thank you for understanding and much love. ———— Sent an email on Wednesday, asking for an update. Nothing. Decided to submit a claim to my bank, because maybe something went wrong since this has never happened before. The next Monday, I get a rude text: Hello Ashley! Please allow us up to 4-6 business days to fulfill and ship out orders as listed on our site and please allow us up to 24-48 business hours to respond to emails due to volume. Your order was going to go out today and we were going to respond to your email today within the time frame I have stopped your label as I see you have placed a change back on this order. If you would like to proceed with this order please cancel the chargeback We will submit a response to your bank as well - your order is still on time ?? ———— No, it sounds like you dropped the ball and wanted to make me feel stupid. It was over 6 days…and over 48 hours with no response. I can get shirts anywhere…I happened to like the design of these. I love their shirts, the graphics are nice, material is good quality, and their mission is cool. However, it took over 3 weeks for my order to arrive. The worst part was the entire time their customer service just made excuses! They blamed it on USPS when my order hadn't even left their facilities. I know my order hadn't left because they called me to tell me they "ran out" of the color of shirt that I ordered... So I didn't even get the products that I ordered in the first place. I would NOT recommend if you want fast shipping or customer service.Nature Backs

Hello Amanda, We understand your frustration with the shipping time of your order. You have spoken to our customer service manager via email and phone to explain what happened with your order. Our fulfillment time frame is 4-6 business days; excluding Friday - Sundays since that is when our office is closed. The week of February 17th-February 20th, our office amongst other businesses like USPS/UPS was closed due to a heavy winter storm. We had informed you of this on the phone. When our team came back into the office, there would be some slight delays due to the winter storm. Your order was sent out on its 7th day of awaiting shipment and your tracking was continuously updated by USPS. We unfortunately cannot control how long it takes USPS to deliver orders. Again, we apologize for the frustration this may have caused you. We shipped out your order as soon as our team was able to do so as we caught up on a week's worth of the office being closed and kept you informed via text/phone call. I made an order online over a week ago and I haven’t heard anything back from them yet as to when my product is going to be shipped. I have emailed them twice with no response. I ordered from this company many times before with no issues and I’m not sure why I haven’t heard anything back from them. Very disappointing. Looking further into our email history, it looks like we responded to your email within 1-2 business days about your tracking, on top of changing your shipping address to a new one you had requested. We respond to all emails but ask up to 24-48 business hours to get back to you due to volume. Please check your spam folder for our responses as it may have gone there! Used to order from them frequently with no issues. Ordered Christmas gifts on December 2nd. Was immediately charged, but didn't receive any communication other than confirmation of order and what I was charged. UPS tracking showed label created but package not received for over a week. No response to emails or messages sent on their FB profile. Finally received the package 22 days later with two shirts missing which were supposed to be gifts for my children. No refund or communication. They lost a loyal customer and see many people having the same issue. They seem to be active enough on social media, maybe fill and complete the current orders and respond to emails, otherwise they are going to have a whole lot more disgruntled people feeling they too were scammed!Nature Backs

It looks like when you emailed us, we were out of the office for the holidays and did not arrive back at the warehouse until January 2nd. Due to volume, there was a slight delay in response and we do sincerely apologize for that. It looks like we sent your order out on its 8th day of awaiting shipment and unfortunately, cannot control UPS delivery time. We are happy to see that it was delivered to you. It typically takes us up to 5-7 business days to ship out orders and during the busy holiday season, we ask for several days of extra grace period. When packages leave our warehouse we have no control over delivery time and unfortunately, UPS never updated your tracking link until the order arrived in your city. Hello Karen, We are sorry to hear your frustration with us. It looks like we received your return back at our office on September 23rd and our representative responded promptly that day asking if you would like an exchange or refund on your order. Looking further into the email thread, you responded on Oct 7th stating that you sent back your items and never received an email from us and wanted to take further action against our company. I completely understand your frustration, however, we emailed you once it arrived at our office and we did not receive a response from you regarding how you wanted to move forward with it. After realizing that you may have not been reading the thread (email conversation), our representative went ahead and fully refunded your order. When we receive returns back at our office, we have to ask our customers if they want a refund or exchange since it is not stated in the return package. Paid for my order. After 10 days it didn’t get sent and it says the shipping company never received the package. It reached out, and got a response the next day. They lied and told me it’s been sitting in shipping for 4 days and all orders are sent between 5-7 days due to volume. Apparently they are soooo busy. It was sitting in shipping for 10 days at that point. It’s not been 17 days since I paid and they have stopped replying to all my emails asking about it. I’ve sent 7 seperate emails and no replies to them. They steal money and don’t sent the orders. I had to mark I as fraud with my bank. Don’t deal with this company. Terrible.Nature Backs

Horrible customer service. I see they only answered the ONE positive review. I have reached out to customer service multiple times. NO RESPONSE of where my order is. Over $100 worth of items ordered. Never again and I would absolutely never recommend this company to anyone.Nature Backs

Ordered a long sleeve shirt in May, they sent a tracking number but it wasn’t actually shipped until a month later because apparently they didn’t actually have the product to ship. I only found this out after asking TWICE where my shirt was. No communication was given at all. After a month of waiting I finally received the package and I got a short sleeve shirt, not a long sleeve. I contracted them once again and it has been over a week with zero response. This wasn’t a cheap shirt either. First and last time I will be ordering from this company.Nature Backs

It looks like we wanted to send you the long sleeve after you emailed us about our mistake. However, we were out of stock at the time as other customers had purchased that item, so we informed you that you could keep the short sleeve and receive the correct shirt if you wanted to wait a week for it to be restocked at our warehouse. I'm so happy to see that we got the correct one shipped out to you! 1 starWorst customer service ever. I should have looked up reviews for this company but I did not and I paid the price. Made a simple order of a t shirt and a tank top. Received the shirt with no issues I will give them that, but the tank top was not included. I contacted the company and after some time they got back to me and simply told me that I should wait a few more days because they ship tank tops from another warehouse. That’s fine, but where is the tracking number? My order showed it was shipped and only included one tracking number for the order. Nothing at all said we ship them separately and here are two different tracking numbers one for each item of the order. A few more days go by and still nothing. I contacted them again about how it was still missing, and also asked if there was another tracking number that they could provide. I got a response stating that whoever I was talking with (they don’t let you know who you are talking with) called the other warehouse and they had no information regarding my order so they sent me a 25% discount code and refunded my money for the tank top. This was after I threatened going to the BBB with my issue. It was extremely disappointing to deal with a company with no care for customers or for new customers. Loved the designs but they are not worth the headache. Stay away from this company and if you still order from them expect issues and to have very little customer support.Review fromLindsay H

Not happy, I placed an order for four shirts, and the tracking label was printed, but says that it has not been handed over to UPS. I talked to UPS and they confirmed that nature back has not given them the package. I have written them several times and have received no response! I can’t find a customer service phone number anywhere. I would like my items or a refund immediately! This is very disappointing considering I have had their shirts before and enjoy them, but this is the worst Customer Service that I have ever had with a company.Nature Backs
