Same here as other complaints. Had a very high end UA20 ULTRA SERIES (20seer high efficiency) system installed in my home in 2020. Ruud has tried to blame the original installer as well. But after 4 years of a perfectly working system I find that very hard to believe. We have had an entire winter without heat. it has consistently been in the 40s and 20's at night. we have spent 1000's of dollars on freon (system takes close to 20lbs. ) and thousands on service calls. WE have the ****** controller that sends emails and alerts on our phones. We have documentation of these system failures. We have pinpointed the cause after thousands of dollars spent and hours fielding service calls. So far, there is an unwillingness to help at all from Ruud's warranty dept. The system has a ten year warranty that so far has not been honored. The claims of incompatibility should be addressed ( the model we had installed 4 years ago is not compatible with the newer pixels and therefor can not be completely replaced. web are inching towards the summer and will soon be without air conditioning. This is of concern because it gets to be in the 100s during the summer in the climate we live in. We just want a working system. AND will not accept anything less. This is beyond ridiculous do not buy A RUUD/***** system for your house.
