              Was told pay old bill of course to pay off old bill. Paid bill then said can't until both water and electric are on. Electric is on but having to do work on the house that my sister had moved out of. Called to see about getting refunded to use that to pay for water getting turned on then get gas on following week. Nope since there was a write off with previous tenant that IS NOT associated with me. They need to be up front when called to see what needs to be done to get gas turned on
