    We had our roof and windows replaced by Elite. They did a wonderful job and cleaned up all the way around the house making sure not to damage my flower beds. Thank you, Michael my house looks brand new.

    This is my 2nd review in this business page. The first review I left the owner called and blackmailed me to remove it. They were asked and paid to do roofing, siding, replacement of windows. They dropped the ball for nearly 6 months forgetting to send over correct documents to insurance for payments. We were called and accidentally attempted to collect from our family for months because they had the customer information mixed up. They were sending wrong information over for months. Toward the end of the repair work months later the owner showed up at our residence and threatened to PUT A LEAN ON OUR HOUSE due to payment. In reality his team had forgotten to send over the final paperwork so they could be paid by insurance. They were paid out money same day they finally sent over needed information to insurance. This place and owner is money hungry, not customer service driven. Roof has to be fixed twice, gutters were left EVERYWHERE I including nails and parts. The only work done properly was the windows that they sub-contracted out through someone else. EDIT. Once going into the building to pay them Ron proceeded to get loud and argumentative. Cursed, said names. Threatened to take my husband outside. I have video footage of their owner Bridgett Collin’s removing my phone from my hand once I began recording his behavior toward us.     I paid a deposit back in March of $1,500 to rent a condo in Hot Springs that would start in June. In May I changed my mind and requested deposit back giving them 30 days. I was told they would not release unless they rented out to someone else. The condo has been occupied up to this point so I thought there would be no problem getting deposit released. Elite Exterior Roofing in Hot Springs at 3026 Central Ave is where I went to pay deposit.

    We had 17 windows replaced in our home back in early February (2023). When the contractor unwrapped one of the windows it was broke (glass). Still all windows was installed. I was told the replacement window was order on February 12. Been making payments on our loan, still no replacement window. Call Elite Exteriors at least three, same old story on order. This last time i call they tell me the person that take cares of the replacements orders are on sick leave. All we want is this one window fix! They are giving us a run around. That’s why I’m giving them a 1 star. Until this is replace i will give them a 5 star. Plus at this moment don’t trust Elite.

    I am sorry for the issue of the broken window, but we did reorder the window the same day we discovered the problem. It does take time to receive the item since it is a custom order, in no way are we giving you the run around. I handle the install and orders and yes I have been out due to a surgury and have just returned today. Your window sash has arrived and I am attemping to get you scheduled.
