I bought a bronco from **** *******. Everything went fine and smooth as I bought the vehicle. A week later after I had bought the vehicle, I asked **** ******* in person at the dealership if I could speak to him. He got loud and very agitated and told me I don't have time I'm very busy but I guess I can make a minute. He started waving the folder in his hand at me and telling me come to follow him to his office as if I was a dog. When I got to the office I asked him why did he yell and holler and act like that and told him I fely embarrassed my the way he just treated me because there was other customers and employees in the building watching this all unfold. I said I will not ever buy a vehicle or come back to this dealership again. Then which time one of the owners *** ******* which turned out to be ****** father asked me to come outside to talk because the customers were on the show room floor wer all staring and listening to what was happening. Once I was outside I was meet with several excuses of why I was treated that way in front of several customers. I then became ganged up on by **** and *** *******. Which made me feel completely humiliated and intimated. I felt a lot of this took place because the owner was my sales man father. This situation made me feel very uncomfortable, embarrassed, humiliated, and intimated.Business response

My name is *** ******* and I am the GM and Partner here at Riser Harness Ford. *** ****** came in with a concern about the tires on his Bronco Sport. He asked for ****. **** was busy contracting customers in our finance department so I personally helped *** ******. Our service manager and myself helped *** ****** resolve his concerns.
As *** ****** was leaving the dealership he asked **** if he could speak with him. **** said he was busy with a customer currently but would try to take a moment to help. **** was not loud at all. This happened about 10 feet away from me. *** ****** became very loud and agitated and began making a scene on the showroom.
I asked *** ****** and his wife to come outside and speak with me away from other employees and customers. I tried to explain to *** ****** that he is very important to us and that we were just very busy. I apologized many times for the fact that he felt we weren't giving him the attention he deserved. **** got finished up and also came outside and apologized to *** ****** many times. *** ****** just kept on telling us how bad we were and how he would never come back even though we both apologized many times.
Then *** ****** began attacking our character by saying "I thought you were better people than that". At this point I had done all I could to attempt to make *** ****** happy. I told him to have a good day and **** and I went back inside the building.
