    I ordered a set of three (3) grates for my grill. When the package arrived there were only two (2) of the set enclosed. I emailed the company according to instructions. After one week with no response I emailed the company again. After no response I tried to call the number on the invoice and could not get through. The recorded message indicated that I should try again some other time as my call could not be answered. I simply want the third grate for my grill that I ordered and paid for in advance. I am starting to question the ethics of the supplier. Are you able to help me with this issue?

    I ordered a new motor for my grill back in April and I have not received it. I have emailed a half dozen times and they never responded. I have called over a dozen times and the man on the phone says he is in my car and will return my calls although his phone message says he will. I am at my wits end since I have already paid for this item.

    June 22, 2023. We apologize that there seems to have been communication issues with our customer who ordered a rotisserie kit for his Char-Broil gas grill.  The credit card account was never charged due to an error with the credit card on 4-24-23 (order date 4-21-23).  Our customer service rep replied to two of Mr. D******’s emails that we have record of, but no response back. Late this afternoon, I left a phone message with Mr. D******. We also made these attempts to contact Mr. D******:
    6-15 Returned phone call. Left message that order was cancelled due to credit card being declined.
    5-2 Order cancelled, no response from customer.
    5-31 Returned call; unable to leave a message, mailbox full.
    5-30 Returned call; unable to leave message, mailbox full.
    5-2 Cancelled order due to no response.
    4-28 Called customer, left message credit card was declined.
    4-24 Emailed customer about declined credit card.
