    I spent over an hour getting x-rays and another type of scan—without ever seeing the dentist. When she finally came in, she told me I had severe bone loss, advanced gum disease, and multiple serious cavities. She warned me that I was at risk of losing all of my teeth and should be extremely concerned. Not once did she show me any of my scans. She even said I would need my previous dental work fixed. She also began tell me I was having symptoms such as bleeding gums and intense pain. None of which I was experiencing, nor had I mentioned. The only concern I had was a potential cavity. They never performed the cleaning I had originally scheduled the appointment for. Instead, I was presented with a “treatment plan” totaling $5,700 after insurance. I immediately contacted my regular dentist and was seen the next day. He reviewed my new x-rays, showed me everything clearly, and confirmed that none of the issues this other office claimed existed. This is an extremely predatory business that will attempt to push unnecessary and extremely costly treatment on patients.

    Constantly trying to charge me for what had already been paid! It's insane! Then they make up charges and will harrass you through text messages for payment! Please be aware!!!

    Business charged my daughter for dental service that were covered under our insurance. Insurance with negotiated fees showed she owed $198 but the charged her $667, which was the negotiated write off that they agreed to to accept insurance payment. This is finance fraud or something worse.

    We're sincerely sorry to hear about your experience at our dental office. We understand how frustrating it can be when expectations are not met, especially regarding billing and financial matters. Unfortunately, we have to use the information given to us by your insurance carrier when we do our complementary benefits check. After payment is made by your insurance and write offs are applied, a refund to the patient or a payment from the patient will result since we are never 100% certain what a particular insurance will pay. We have no issue giving a refund when it is due. If the service provided was a non-covered service by your insurance carrier, Arkansas state law states that the full fee may be charged. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience. Our team is dedicated to resolving issues promptly and fairly.
