      I mailed a return to Dillard's on 12/9/2021, using their $9.95 shipping label, the return package was received by them on 12/14/2021. After a 30 minute wait on 12/20/2021 customer service could not give me a refund date because my return hadn't started processing. I was unable to get back through to customer service since they were not taking calls until 12/22/2021, after an hour wait they advised they were submitting for my return credit and it would take 7-10 days. The online status didn't change, and my bank issues credits immediately upon receiving bank info, so there would be no holds on my side. So I called again on 12/23 for some clarity, I was then told it would take 3-4 days for their system to process the credit. It's now 12/27 and I am still waiting. I had to wait on the delayed order to come in so I could return it, but I never expected the return to take this long. I needed the credit before Christmas, now I'm hoping to get it before the end of the year.

      I returned an item for a refund through USPS on 09/30/21 and the package was received by Dillards on 10/3/21. I contacted Dillard's through chat on their website on 10/7/21 to ask when I would receive a refund and was told they could not give me a time on when I would receive my refund. They offered no solution on getting me my refund. They have now had my returned package for 8 days and i have not received a refund.

      I placed an online order on 09/01/2021 order #XXXXXXXXX. The order consisted of 2 Polo Ralph Lauren shirts in the colors Pure White, and Black Marl Heather. When I received the order I received the white shirt, and a silk black shirt, which isn't what I ordered. I contacted customer service, and she said she would have the correct item shipped out. After waiting an additonal week the item said it was delivered but I hadn't received it, turns out the item was shipped to the incorrect address, not sure why it wasn't shipped to the address on the order. So another shirt was shipped out, after waiting another long week for the correct item once I received it, it was THE SAME SILK BLACK SHIRT. I ordered this shirt for an event & never got it on time because of Dillard's mistake. I contacted customer service and the rep and supervisor were rude and denied be any type of courtesy adjustment due to Dillard's mistake. FIX THIS!!! I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE CORRECT SHIRT! THIS IS WRONG DILLARDS!!!!

Dillards can contact me at XXX-XXX-XXXX. If they've located the shirt why hasn't it been sent yet? They've been aware of the last order being incorrect and me still being without the correct item since 09/17/2021.. It shouldn't take an additional month to send a paying customer the correct item. As requested for my time and continued hardship with Dillards I would like the correct item, and a refund. This is horrible customer service, I placed this order almost 2 months ago, this is RIDICULOUS Dillards!!! Customer is still in possession of the original 2 shirts that were incorrect, therefore we will not be issuing any refunds.

      I ordered a Patricia Nash handbag from Dillards. Finally received notice it had shipped. The package stayed in AK for almost a week. Finally it got to Atlanta, was attempted to be delivered twice-never heard from driver or service. Then supposedly it was delivered, still I never received a package. Called Dillards, they put in for a replacement. 4 days later, no email of replacement being shipped. Chat with customer service, and was cut off by agent.

      I order two bracelets and a necklace and a pair of earring from dillards. The necklace came to me broke the necklace had rust on it and the earrings turned my daughter ears green within having them in for two days and anytime I would reach out to dillards I'd be put on hold for hours no one can seem to help me order number XXXXXXXXX

      I purchased an expensive watch from Dillard and the it never watch never worked. When i tried putting t on time to wear it, the watch never took the time. I visited the close store to me, but the lady told me she has only been there for six months and she cannot do anything for me. I asked her to call her manager, but she never did. This is very strange when a lucrative business sell defective products to their customer. i need them to issue me a full refund of the $175 plus taxes that I payed for the watch. This is very disappointing.
