1 starI Don’t want apology, i don’t want excuses. This is absolutely the worst energy provider I’ve ever had to deal with, and I’ve had quite a few from moving around. Their service is an absolute joke and their prices are gouging. They will straight up lie to their customers and tell you they’re doing something that they are not. If the power goes out, good luck, you’ll spend at least two days without power almost every single time. They need some serious competition that can come in and show them how to operate a business.Review fromJana L

1 starIt never fails, my neighborhood is always the last to have the power restored. And it goes out all the time. Last year they sent us a notification that they would be taking the down for approx 5 hours to make improvements but our service has been worse. We have numerous elderly in this neighborhood and it is ridiculous that Entergy can not improve their own equipment to solve the issues. This business doesn’t deserve the one star but that’s the only way to finish this complaint.Review fromAllison C

1 starLazy, lazy, lazy. My power has been out for 4 days and the spot where the tree is on the line has not been touched. The text messages I keep receiving say “workers are working diligently to repair my power” and that is a total lie - there hasn’t been a single work truck out here since the tree fell on until line 4 days ago. Do better entergy, I pay enough monthly for this not to be the case. I’d give zero stars but it won’t let me so one with have to do.Review fromMisty C

1 starHow interesting you can't find a normal Google review for this company. Give our city a chance to vote them out and we will!!! They increased the amount $$ per unit used compared to last year. I have had a temp post for months and my bills has went from $15 to $100 for one month. My bills has never been this amount. This company is ripping people off and need to be shut down. Just because they send out a bill doesn’t mean you should pay it. These people will send you a bill for $1000 and expect you to pay it without any explanation.Entergy Arkansas, LLC

The current meter reading as of today January 7, 2025, is 1639 which aligns with the previous reading obtained for billing on December 18, 2024, of 1319 and the subsequent reading obtained November 18, 2024, 630. We understand that higher utility bills can cause financial hardship, and we offer several programs and options to help. Billing programs such as levelized billing, that average monthly bills throughout the year, so bills remain around the same amount, depending on the actual kilowatt (kWh) usage. Payment options such as extensions, can extend the billing due date and installment plans, which can divide past unpaid balances into smaller payments monthly. We also offer Energy Efficiency Programs such as Energy Solutions for Manufactured Homes. This program provides incentives to fix air leaks, funding to clean and adjust central air conditioner or heat pumps, as well some efficient lighting and water saving products to help lower energy usage. Additional information can be found on our website or by contact [email protected] or 1-866-627-9177. Our MyEntergy app can be downloaded from the Google or Apple Store. The app can give hourly usage and an estimated monthly bill projection to help prepare for the upcoming billing cycle. Alot of people are trying to see how are you getting two bills for one month. Then your told your caught up only to have a bill and your lights cut off. Is there ANYONE that can help cause this is crazy. There is nowhere to make make a complaint.Entergy Arkansas, LLC

Your account maybe on our Pick A Date program, that allows customers to pick the day of the month their bill is due. This program changes the due date only, not the billing cycle, which is the timeframe that bill is read in. Because the billing cycle does not change, your chosen due date may result in you receiving a new bill before the previous bill amount is due. When this occurs, the total amount on the bill will include both the current month's amount due and the prior month's amount due, which is shown as a previous balance in the account summary.

Horrible Horrible customer service and they are thieves! I waited weeks before I got a return call from a supervisor. I finally called back today because why haven't I received a call yet. All this waiting and calling just for them to tell me they can't waive a return payment fee. I paid my balance on time in full but made a double payment because an agent advised I probably entered the incorrect banking info. So I made a payment with my card that was accepted but the payment made through ach was returned but I didn't owe a balance anyway. They wouldn't remove the fee and was very dry and matter of fact about it. Horrible I may as well pay late like a lot of others if they don't care about their customers anyway.Entergy Arkansas, LLC

1 starI called Entergy about installing a meter in my new residence the fifth of September, 09/05/24. when I called they scheduled a ticket 3 weeks out and then proceeded not to fulfill the ticket. I called back on the 27th, a day after the scheduled ticket date, and was told an engineer would be in contact with me within 48 hours. they did not contact me within 48 hours so i called back on the 30th and was told it would be another 72 hours. I was finally contacted on the 31st by on engineer. he said on October 15th at 10 am he would come out to "survey" the property and also send me an email with the date and time. he did not send me an email. I have been waiting 6 weeks for a single meter to be installed... what is the lead time on this?
