      Had their earthquake insurance for YEARS…they kept changing the policy number but would never give me a copy of the policy. Last time I sent in the annual premium I did so with a letter stating that the cashing of the check came with the legal obligation to furnish the policyholder with a policy. The check was cashed but still no policy. This year in the renewal month, no renewal notice. They do not answer their phones either. Sketchy.
