This company was horrible to deal with and I would never recommend them to anyone. They loaded a team reefer truck in California and took 8 days to arrive to my door, usually takes 3-4 max. The entire time the truck was "en route" i couldn't get an honest answer as to an ETA on the truck, and only kept being told they "broke down again". When the truck finally showed up (way past the accepted terms for a truck to arrive on time), there was only one driver and they refused to cut the cost of the truck for their mistakes. I couldn't even get a response from my representative to an email asking what next steps we can possibly look into for their mistake. A month later, we were getting threatening emails to pay our bills in full or else legal actions will be taken. I discussed what happened with their accounting department after receiving this email and their representative Ricky even told me we were fully correct in our dissatisfaction with their actions and something needed to be done to help us by their company. Instead of actually doing that, Ricky never cut the bill like he said he would and instead have continued to threaten legal action if the full bill isn't paid. We have emails from the day the truck arrived asking what to do about week old product in a perishable industry, all of which were ignored, and so we sold it for the best we could to move on. This is completely unprofessional and I have made sure to go out of my way to tell others in the industry across the country to AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Jacob, our Vice President of Sales, John *****, has made several attempts to reach you by phone and email. We have carefully investigated your complaint and obtained the Proof of Delivery (POD), which shows that there were no damages or issues at the time of delivery. The POD was signed “clear” with a stamp confirming that all quantities received matched those shipped. To move forward, we kindly ask that you provide a USDA inspection report if it contradicts the POD. We are open to discussing the balance due, but we do need documentation to support any adjustments.

Our company uses Priority 1 for a lot of our shipments. Brad ******* is our sales rep, and it would take more room that allotted in this review to tell you just how much he means to us. We could not be happier with the rates, the service and just everything as a whole with the customer service we receive. Anytime we need help with LTL or truckload, they are there. Thank you so much for making the shipping side of our company that much easier!

We have been using Priority 1 now for several months - for LTL , truckload and Flatbed shipments. They provide a very user friendly system to book your shipments, the rates are some off the best I've seen across the board and their customer service is excellent. The efficiency of their system saves us a lot of time and money. If there is ever an issue with a shipment, they jump on it and take care of it. Our sales rep David is very responsive, knowledgeable, and provides excellent customer service. David, Ian and the local team here in the Baltimore MD area are to be highly commended for the great work they do and their passion for this industry. And let's not forget the LTL team who takes care of any missed pick ups, et cetera. -Excellent efficient team. Bravo to you all !! I highly recommend Priority 1 for all your freight shipping needs.

We have been using Priority One Freight for roughly 4 months and couldn't have asked for a smoother transition due to our Sales Rep Brad *******! This is by far the best and easiest way to ship any shipment since you always have the best rates and access to all the information needed on the dashboard. They dont do their job, they mess up and then tell you to take your business elsewhere. i worked with Eliana and Patrick and they gave me a confirmed pick up # only to find out that 3 weeks later it was not picked up and then i am owed 2,500 in storage and then priority one could not even absorb their mistake. I will never work with them again, and i would suggest nobody does they are beyond unprofessional. they told me yes we messed up but we werent provided the correct information. So we will "PASS ON YOUR BUSINESS AND WE WISH YOU ALL THE BEST ON YOUR FUTURE ENDEAVOURS" DO NOT USE PRIORITY ONE, they are beyond UNPROFESSIONAL!

We moved to Priority 1 because we wanted to streamline the procedure for shipping LTL Freight shipments. We chose Priority 1 because Shaun came in being honest and explained the simplicity of moving our freight over to their platform. They made it very easy. I'm not sorry we did. Shaun and Dan (Boston) follow our freight and tell us in advance of any upcoming service problems. They monitor our trade show freight which can be a nightmare. They monitor and make sure it's delivered on time as well as picked up and returned to us in a timely manner. They make me feel as though I'm their only client. They are always super timely with their responses. The warehouse team appreciates how easy it is to quote our customers with P1 . I love having Priority 1 on our team to help the logistics side of our company run so much smoother. They are ready to help whenever we need it !

We are very impressed with how professional and attentive the whole Priority1 team is. Our Rep Jason is always quick with his responses and goes out of his way to help us. Priority 1 is the best shipping company and Kailon is the best sales rep ever! I appreciate the quick responses, advice when I have questions, and the help when I need shipments picked up same day.
