1 starDuring a declared natural disaster, this company chose to increase the rate on our previously agreed-upon quote. Their lack of concern for customers was evident, prioritizing profit over integrity and service. Despite the fact that our entire city was without electricity and water for over a week, their response was that we should have found alternative storage or another carrier. This company outsources its operations to subpar agents and, rather than offering support during critical times, they simply dismiss concerns and move on. Based on our experience, we will not be using their services again and strongly advise others to proceed with caution.Review fromJohn T

This company won't stop reaching out to our business. They've even sent local representatives to talk with us. However, our business has no freight shipping needs since we only ship small packages. We've given them time, politely explained that we don’t need their services, and asked them nicely to stop contacting us. Despite this, they continue to reach out. It's highly unprofessional and frankly, very rude. We've now been left with no other option but to file this complaint to force them to stop contacting us, though we believe they'll likely keep reaching out anyway. It's incredibly frustrating.Priority 1, Inc.

We have been using Priority1 for a few years now and they have been very helpful throughout. Our rep, Dan, is always quick to respond and help solve any issue we run into. They have been able to help us with both Domestic and International LTL shipping as well as any special requirements that may be needed on shipments.Priority 1, Inc.

First phone call Brad stated his best would be $950 and before hanging up, he says, “$1050 call me back.” I called him back and offered $1200 and he says, “since you didn’t provide me the truck right away, it’s $950.” He was rude and hung up again. Very nasty reps. Will not work with this company.Priority 1, Inc.

This company does not stop stop calling my company. I have asked them nicely to please stop calling we do not need your business. they are very rude and disrespectful. if they don't want to hear what you have to say they hang up and are very rude. PLEASE STOP CALLING WE DO NOT WANT YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish i was able to leave a no star. i don't even want to give them a 1 star.Priority 1, Inc.

This company will NOT stop calling us and stopping in. Even though we have told them multiple times to STOP. It is to the point of harassment. Have even posted signs on our door and turned them into donotcall.gov to no avail.Priority 1, Inc.

Kreg ****** He screwed my truck over and admitted that he is not going to compensate my truck for selling the load under false pretense's because he would be losing out on his commission. Be ware of this company. The worst part is that their Agent Development team didn't do anything about the situation.Priority 1, Inc.

This company was horrible to deal with and I would never recommend them to anyone. They loaded a team reefer truck in California and took 8 days to arrive to my door, usually takes 3-4 max. The entire time the truck was "en route" i couldn't get an honest answer as to an ETA on the truck, and only kept being told they "broke down again". When the truck finally showed up (way past the accepted terms for a truck to arrive on time), there was only one driver and they refused to cut the cost of the truck for their mistakes. I couldn't even get a response from my representative to an email asking what next steps we can possibly look into for their mistake. A month later, we were getting threatening emails to pay our bills in full or else legal actions will be taken. I discussed what happened with their accounting department after receiving this email and their representative Ricky even told me we were fully correct in our dissatisfaction with their actions and something needed to be done to help us by their company. Instead of actually doing that, Ricky never cut the bill like he said he would and instead have continued to threaten legal action if the full bill isn't paid. We have emails from the day the truck arrived asking what to do about week old product in a perishable industry, all of which were ignored, and so we sold it for the best we could to move on. This is completely unprofessional and I have made sure to go out of my way to tell others in the industry across the country to AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!Priority 1, Inc.

Jacob, our Vice President of Sales, John *****, has made several attempts to reach you by phone and email. We have carefully investigated your complaint and obtained the Proof of Delivery (POD), which shows that there were no damages or issues at the time of delivery. The POD was signed “clear” with a stamp confirming that all quantities received matched those shipped. To move forward, we kindly ask that you provide a USDA inspection report if it contradicts the POD. Our company uses Priority 1 for a lot of our shipments. Brad ******* is our sales rep, and it would take more room that allotted in this review to tell you just how much he means to us. We could not be happier with the rates, the service and just everything as a whole with the customer service we receive. Anytime we need help with LTL or truckload, they are there.
