    I was involved in car accident march 28 in Little Rock . Crain Chevrolet was where responsible parties ins wanted me to go . Crain collision had had my car since April 9 th . After checking my car they gave me estimate and 'em was told they would replace front left fender with a used one , repair front bumper , buff out my rim and a new tire . They ordered used fender 4 days after they told me they were going to order it when it came in I was told it was rusted so they were sending back and getting 2 nd fender . I was told the 25 th the second fender was in would be put on my car and painted that next day Friday . Car would be ready to pick up Monday . Called mid morning morning left msg to ***** whom I have been dealing with and she didn't return call or msg me . I caljed again Tuesday the 30 th left msg and didn't hear anything until 4:15 that second gender was damaged also but they were going to repair it and put on my car and paint it . I text her and said they should have putba new fender on with 2 used ones damaged . She hatefully informed me by text that ins would not pay to put new fender on my car because it is 12 yrs old . I have had nothing but grief from this person . She doesn't return my calls or my texts for days , she is always complaining that my car is too old to put on new parts . She's hateful s d rude in her texts telling me Have a nice day!!!! Being sarcastic about it . I have asked for collision shops superviser and after 3 min 19 seconds she gets in phone and I ask her if she is supervisior and she says no and I again ask for supervision and she tells me she has been dealing with me and my car . I called the 30 th to speak to a asst gen mgr named ** **** left 3 msgs that day and just said I wanted to complain about employee not telling name or dept she is in . He has not responded back at all !!! I'm tired of dealing with this smart Alec kid ***** , she gives me the run around never responds back until days later by text only . I

    Todd went above and beyond and got us in a new ride after ours died. Sean was great in finalizing the process. Billy was amazing. This was my second time buying a vehicle with Crain.
