My husband and I bought a 2020 Ford Expedition from landers in Little Rock Arkansas. At the time we were just looking but the sales man did his job and hyped up the vehicle and we drove it everything seemed all well drove fine was great for our new family. 2 DAYS after we purchased the vehicle the transmission started messing up and the heater hose broke on it took it back and got the heater hose fixed for free. After we got it back the transmission got worse and we had to have it rebuilt it’s been two months of having this vehicle and now the turbo is going out on it. I would never recommend this place to get your vehicle I don’t know what they are doing but it seems like they have a good reputation or ripping people off. Ridiculous

BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL BUYING A VEHICLE FROM LANDERS! Inspect every inch of it, because they will not do anything after you have purchased! I purchased a truck that I was told was the owner’s demo with 2K miles on it. The following day I noticed there was damage to the front end and even had an odd brand tire on the back. I went up there and Chris one of the sales managers basically told me that it was used and I had signed for it! Don’t buy from these guys!

I attempted to buy a 2023 Dodge Demon 170 from this dealer. The first time I called they said they had five allocations and the price was $10K over MSRP. I told the salesman to put my name on one of the allocations, he said he would. About two minutes later the salesman calls back and said the price is $50K over MSRP. I told him ok, keep my name on the car, he said ok and that the sales manager will call me in the next few days. A sales manager communicated to me that no deposit is taken until they get a vehicle order reference number (VON). A sales manager called and I picked color and options and he said congrats. So over the course of months very little communication by the dealer so I reached out to establish contact periodically, they said no VON yet. Some time later I look at their website and see the car advertised that I ordered. I contacted the dealer by phone, email, and text and got no response. Soon the car was not on their website and I assumed it sold. I then wrote a review and the company responded that there was miscommunication on their end and they apologized. There's no excuse for this type of treatment of a customer who wanted to buy a car, let alone $50K over sticker.

I took my truck here on June 14, 2023, because the check engine light won't go off, but in a week and a half, they didn't even look at my truck. They left it parked. I repeatedly texted "Andrew" for a status report, and he kept saying "I'll let you know when I know something." But nothing. When I asked via text, how much longer, "Andrew" responded to just come pick it up. That was on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, On Wednesday, June 21, 2023, I called and asked for the service manager. They put me through to Andrew who assured me that they were actually working on my truck, and he was supposed to call me on Friday, June 23. 2023, with an update. He never did. So I just picked up my truck, and they confirmed that no one had ever looked at my truck. There were no notes in the computer, and they had to jump start my truck because it had been sitting in the parking lot for a week and a half. My biggest issue here is that "Andrew" repeatedly lied to me. So, if the service department will treat their customers like this, I certainly won't buy a vehicle.

The service dept. charged me $673 to replace a module in a 2013 Dodge Caravan. The module they changed didn't fix the electrical problems. After I brought the van back, they installed a different module, but charged me an additional $1187 for a total of $1860! I found out later that the "Service Advisors" work on a commission, just like the salesmen. This is an unethical operation on any level. They would not respond to emails or voicemail during this process. As a disabled veteran and senior citizen, their actions are pathetic!

I purchased a 2020 Chevrolet Equinox on July 9, 2022. On July 11, 2022, engine light came on. Took back to Landers. Service guy ran diagnostic on it. Computer read some misfires and oil was low, he reset computer and topped off oil. Resetting the internal computer does not fix the problem. I have not been able to enjoy this car because it is now at the Chevy Dealership waiting on a new engine. Landers you need to do better.
