Very disappointing. The quote included cleaning all gutters, ridding the roof of small areas of moss, and Powerwashing the driveway and sidewalks. After work had begun, they realized that the height of our front gutters was too high for their ladder and deemed it too dangerous to clean, but assured me they would thoroughly clean the gutters on the back side of the house. I decided to pay them the full quoted amount even though they were not going to include the front gutter. They did a nice job Powerwashing the back siding of my house, the driveway, and some sidewalks, but didn't finish and said they would return the next afternoon. I had a conflict that day but wanted them to be paid promptly so I made the mistake of giving them my check before they finished. They never returned to complete the job. Even though I was dissatisfied, I would not have filed this complaint had I not discovered a few days later that, after assuring me to the contrary, they only very superficially cleaned the back gutters. I have had to hire someone else to clean these gutters that remained full of dirt and leaves, even though I was assured that the gutter was clean and free-flowing. A yard trash bag full of dirt and debris was subsequently cleaned out of these gutters. They are competent for power washing, but not gutter cleaning.
