- On September 26, 2012, the Arkansas Residential Building Contractors Committee (hereinafter "the Committee") issued a Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law and an Order revoking the license of Chris Benedict, d/b/a CMB Fence for misconduct. The Committee found Chris Benedict, d/b/a CMB Fence guilty of gross negligence, incompetence or misconduct in the contractor's business for workmanship issues and for failure to respond to an investigation conducted by the Committee.
Accordingly, the Committee voted unanimously to revoke the residential contractor's license of Chris Benedict, d/b/a CMB Fence. The Committee further Ordered that a Cease and Desist Order be issued against Chris Benedict, d/b/a CMB Fence. Chris Benedict, d/b/a CMB Fence shall refrain from bidding on or performing work as a residential contractor prior to being licensed with the Residential Contractor Committee.
