As of July 2017, BBB files indicate this business has a recent pattern of complaints concerning the following: Consumers have reported that they have paid large deposits for repair and then have not received the repair. Consumers have also complained of difficulty reaching the business via telephone to discuss scheduling. Consumers who have filed complaints state that large sums of money were paid up front for repairs that were not done. On July 18, 2017, BBB provided written notification to the business regarding the pattern of complaints requesting the business respond to the issues.

Update: BBB files indicate that the business renewed its HVAC license at the end of July 2017 under the business name Rupert Heating and Air.
