There are several ways to address challenges we face such as individual counseling, Couples Counseling, Family Counseling or experiential sand tray or Play Therapy.
We are excited to offer Neurofeedback as a powerful intervention in our therapuetic services. Based on the concept of neuroplasticity which is a highly researched and proven concept that the brain changes with feedback. Neurofeedback is a process that can rewire the brain’s patterns which contribute to symptoms in dramatic ways. The process is noninvasive and works by rewarding healthy patterns in brains waves that allow improvement for multiple issues. We also have EMDR as a powerful intervention to assist in the healing process.
