  Overall it seems the roof tear off and replacement was as expected. The only issue for me is I've had three flats fixed because of roofing tacks in my tires. I'm still finding roofing tacks in the grass several months later so I expect more flats for the lawn mower as we enter mowing season.

  Griffin's Home Improvement replaced my roof, and the outcome left me thoroughly impressed. Right from the onset, it was evident that this team takes pride in their work. The roofers not only displayed dedication and efficiency, but also a passion for their craft. The sound of laughter and singing echoing from my roof was proof of a team that genuinely enjoys their work. Such passion is a testament to the company's culture and quality of service. In just a single day, the team efficiently removed the old roof, addressed underlying issues like rotting wood, and installed a beautiful new roof. They took exceptional care around my home; my plants and decorative items remained untouched, and the cleanup was so thorough that the only sign they had been here was the stunning new roof they left behind. It wasn’t just me who noticed their outstanding work. When my internet service provider dropped by to readjust my satellite dish, he too remarked on the outstanding quality of the roofing job. From the first conversation to the finishing touches, Griffin's Home Improvement maintained excellent communication, offered a fair price, and most importantly, delivered exceptional work.   We paid for a new roof, facia & soffit repairs which was very expensive. I have proof of him agreeing to those repairs. He replaced the roof and did Not Do the agreed upon repairs. Would not recommend this company!

I would like to clarify a few points to make sure there is a clear understanding of the events. After our initial agreement for a new roof and soffit and fascia repairs, we executed the work as per your specific request to only replace the worst areas of soffit and fascia instead of replacing all of it. During our post-completion walkthrough over 2 months ago, we addressed any concerns you had and did some touch-up painting of the original soffit and fascia that wasn't replaced, at your request. After a second walkthrough, you indicated that you were 100% satisfied with the work, which was further affirmed when you paid the balance in full and later reached out to us for an estimate for additional work. We always strive to provide transparent and comprehensive advice to our clients. We did recommend replacing all of the soffit and fascia, but we respected your decision to proceed with limited repairs. Our goal is always to meet the specific needs and wishes of our clients. If there are any outstanding concerns or areas you feel were not addressed, please give me a call. We're committed to making sure our clients are satisfied and again, we appreciate your feedback.
