              They can't find orders that originally showed as received. Have been waiting for warranty window replacement for 6 months. Now they say they don't know where the window got put and will have to get another. This is the second issue with similar results we've had with them in the same time period. They seem to be operating in chaos.

              Supply chain is a nightmare right now including windows and sometimes things don't go as planned, the replacement glass is expected to arrive on next week's truck barring any delays from the supplier. This is the first time I've heard of this issue myself but I will stay on top of it until it's resolved.

              It is 3 weeks later. We understand supply chain is a problem, but have been given no update, no one has contacted us to let us know when to expect anything to happen. I can't imagine treating customers this way.

              The customer was expected to arrive on 11/10 and the customer was called with a voicemail left to inform him, the glass arrived on 11/10 and was installed for the customer on 11/11 , as far as we are aware this window warranty replacement request is complete
