My daughter who is in the military purchased a 2022 Volkswagen Taeos she purchased it with her father and I at the dealership and her on the phone with the financing to get the funding for the car. **** was our sales man at the Volkswagen dealership in Fayetteville Arkansas. This was a car they loaned out to other people to drive while their cars were in for repairs. **** told us that we will have two keys for this car. The day my daughter arrived to pick up the car we only had one key. We were promised 2 keys verbally. We feel as if they told us that to get the sale. I tried talking to Shane ******* GM he insulted me and I'm done dealing with him. I have called Crain Corporate several times was told I would get a call back from Eddie ***** still no call back. I have been transferred to Crystal ****** 3 times already and have left messages. I'm getting the run around when all I'm requesting is they make this right and provide my daughter the second key to the car and program it. I do not want to deal with Shane ******* GM he has no intentions of making this correct after the conversation I had with him on Friday. I can say I have been left to resort to leaving this type of message and info on the BBB I hope someone will respond and I will warn all my family and friends that Crain does not care about their customers and lie to get the sales. And on top of it my daughter is in the military and has lots of military friends this entire process had been horrible Sincerely one fed up prior customer.
